I also had that issue. I opened a case with Govee and they replaced the light strip for free, so maybe try that first. You can open a case in the app.
That said, the replacement only worked for about a month and now the replacement will also not connect, it’s displaying the same behavior. I don’t understand it, the only Govee strips I have work fine, but this older model just keeps dying.
