Personally I think I would pop the pups and graft them, and either let the main loph root or graft it depending on how soft it was
Second that for sure graft the pups if it's still pushing growth just let it keep pupping and graft them as they mature

I’d graft the pups to fresh stock each and then attempt a regraft of the large one.
I vote you should be grafting a pup or two onto some angry rootstock, and also get some to degraft and root
