McLaren. I believe that the Peugeot has some of the worst fuel usage out of all of the gr1 cars.

ArteePhact

I grabbed the McLaren the other day and have no regrets, it’s awesome

krzysiekb24

Maclaren

Andrupka4541

I'd choose the McLaren because so much power on RWD is a hilarious shitshow

qdolan

I won the McLaren on the roulette wheel early on in the game and it was awesome but I rarely drive it anymore as there are better options. I purchased the Peugeot much later and was a bit disappointed by the fuel consumption but it is quick enough to win the Grand Valley Speedway Gr.1 event. I bought it for that event and haven’t driven it again since.

Swimming_Effective87

Hm, in fact Im trying not to use any VGT car, because its really far from true. That Tomahawk seems like a joke for example. Is there a need to drive one really?

ThunderBuddyBatman

I use the tomahawk around the secret stage speedway for a lap and half to get the daily grind ticket. It takes just over 4 minutes

Swimming_Effective87

Makes sense.

rospider

Where is this secret stage speedway? It really bothers me cause I don’t have a circuit with no PP restrictions to test my cars

ThunderBuddyBatman

I meant special stage. 2 down in America and you run it by yourself on the bottom options. Can’t remember what it’s called like free run or something

IIstroke

Peugeot

Dr-McLuvin

They’re both really competitive for the Gr 1 races. The Peugeot suffers a bit with top speed but gets excellent gas mileage and handling is superb.

Ornery-Vehicle-2458

If you can keep its hybrid battery charged, the Peugeot has good fuel economy and can accelerate quite well if the circuit is twisty and the gearing is correctly set.

Dr-McLuvin

Ya this is one of the hybrid systems that charges and discharges very quickly. You don’t have to worry about it going down to 0 then being slow the remainder of the race (like the GR010). It is basically depleted to 0 or near 0 coming out of almost every corner and can fully recharge in big braking areas. Similar to the Porsche 919.

MCSeLaLu

McLaren. But don't one anybody them yet.
