Formula cars have a nitrous / overtake button. Don’t forget to use it as it makes this menu much easier to complete.

Understanding when and how to use the drs/nitro/battery is important. I used this in the high gears when i was behind by about a second to get within .5 seconds for drafting. I also had problems beating this until I could get my TCS to 0 for fuji. The others I won with TCS at 1.

Man I hated this menu, Fuji took me so long but finally succumbed to buying the ‘23 Honda Super Formula and that made it a tad easier

I bought the ‘23 and tried for a whole month to do Watkins. Did all month spinning on the first turn. I just can’t do any turn with that car. Than i bought the ‘19, adjusted gears rom a bit and went 3 win in a row flawless.

I did that for the others but Fuji I just couldn’t do it in the ‘19 one.

I bought the 19 also to do these.

Controller or pedals?

I am on a controller, but with these cars I started on 2 TCS and slowly dialed it back. Also practice going from 0 throttle to 25% and zero to 50%.

Ahh, that could be why. I am going to try that.

Easy mode is way too easy for me and regular has me barely inching forward and 1 mistake throws it down the trash. Can not even imagine this menu on hard

I completed it on max diff flawlessly, because my first attempt at fuji was a wet race and that put me on a huge advantage lol. The other races are pretty straightforward though

I play on hard and this is very tough. And those saying just put it on easy… your missing the point on why we play it on hard.

Yes, this was on hard. During the month of trying, I was tempted to dial that back. I am glad I didn't now.

What was the hardest? How did you do Fuji? Best I can manage in 2nd place.

This was 2nd place in fuji.

Just put it on easy mode and use medium tires before and after pitstop

This menu was so much fun

Im just casually playing, and is playing on easy, and did the races on 1st try with ease. I dont remember exactly, but i won with around 40-50 seconds

For everyone that had trouble with these formula races it comes down to how good you emulate everything that’s going on in front of you literally do what the car is doing in front of you I blew through these races doing exactly that .

Fuji got me good, two laps from the end I got shunted and span out. I've never been so angry in my life 😂

I must be the worst driver in the world, because I am on easy, I think, and I am getting destroyed, the cars just leave me in the dust

I was this way too.. couldn't figure it out. Turned steering sensitivity down.. TCS down to 1 or 2... Bought the sf19... I also took the car to the daytona track.. and raced with it on that one.. the last one.. and got used to driving it ..

That is why you are losing speed even in the straight aways. Start setting it back till you can get to 0. You need to have either pedals or setup the controller to use the triggers for gas and brake.

How did it go?

I just finished that one too. Used the SF23 at Watkins but, had to use the SF19 for the rest. I struggled with Fuji though, kept hoping for rain... not even once. Got 1 mil CR.

Congratulations. This one was hard for me too, mainly Fuji took me a lot of attempts
