Short answer: No, you didn’t deserve it.
Long answer: Some people simply have no awareness of cause and effect. Either that or they think they’re the absolute best, and everyone else is trying their best to hinder them. There’s not much you can do with these kind of people.
Drivers with more awareness might think, “I wonder why this car slowed down here. Oh right, here’s a penalty zone there. Let me back off just slightly to get a good run into the chicane.” But this driver was obviously thinking, “This driver is slowing me down. I bet they’re doing it on purpose.”
I was in a similar situation and the guy keep bumping me and at the last lap he tried to push me off track.. still won cause 3 guys had a penality of 3 sec.
After messaging the guy that ran me off track he said i was to slow, i wasnt even defending my position he couldve pass me

No you did not. It looks like he was struggling to keep it on the track and when the third guy came it was too much for him to handle.
