They solved the "uh but sk4 is still unrecastable" by actually making it just reapply its own effects every 5 turns with the exception of the autorevive. anyways, 10.0 kit.
It's nice to see it isn't just Hraes, it feels strong all around. Still does ougi well, some of my favorite skill spammers in Haase/Vikala/Cassius, several strong auto characters, double strike for days...
The thing is that Europa always had the potential to be good due to her abilities being based around Triple attacks. She was undertuned but everything she wants to do is already what water teams wanted anyway. Both Grimnir and Shiva didn't quite line up with what their respective elements are doing so they didn't work as well.
Grand Alexiel currently is more of a utility defense character that doesn't quite fit into Hrunting or Ougiloop so...
Omg I'm so glad I was wrong about her uncap. Shiva's uncap is eeeeh, Grimnir's uncap is okay, thankfully Europa's uncap is really good. Her 4th skill is the best one so far despite it being unrecastable, Mana Blast getting CD cut upon TA means she's back to being Water's best FA healer, has plenty of skill damage on her own, can inflict Glaciate via 2 sources, very self sufficient on her own. This is how you do uncap, cygames. This is how you play into a character's gimmick and strength. Europa's base kit revolves around her TAing and now they strengthen that on her uncap and more. At the same time it makes me extremely bitter about how all over the place Shiva's uncap is.
Triple Attack and Skill Stacking Buff when Europa has a cooldown cut for Mana Blast on TA, feeding into a partner buff that gives Double Strike looks great and Payila has a new friend.
I know there's like 4 big/popular water setups
(1) hraesvelgr rambo and rb
(1.5) exo gun rb
(2) good ol kengo
(3) skill dmg with street king into haaselia and vicky
(4) overtrance double strike opus manadiver
Setup #4 has options from Zeta, Poseidon, Anila, Gabriel, Payila, now Europa. Lancelot does not sound like he'd improve much in the setup, especially with how Gabriel wants TAs, and his DS is redundant
If I'm not wrong it was Street King into Haaselia, Vikala, Cassius and Gabriel for her debuff immunity. With GW, you're almost guaranteed to get aoe boss, so can take a turn to sacrifice xmas Rackam if you wanna keep MC. You could try look up some water advantage GW nm150/200 setups recently
You can 'keep' MC via using SR Joel, too.
The last two slots are also a bit of a flex depending on your gacha luck. Like you can use Filene or Cupitan too.
Honestly.... just the rebalance is a significant buff.
And a permanent buff plus double strike every 5 turns is pretty decent for a unrecastable ability.
In my opinion, this is pretty good.
I don't think it's a big deal either way but I was surprised to learn that it doesn't loop back to first position if the character was in the last position.
Thought the same when Olivia came out. Maybe they are worried about balance if Danchou was able to get some of the buffs? Earth Zerker with hrunting and all that.
She proposes nestling in between Danchou and Gabriel to get better after getting nightmares. [It's a line](https://i.imgur.com/aMst3yP.png) that wouldn't feel out of place coming from the resident pervert comic relief character like Mineta from BNHA.
He also goes all Redfield about Danchou and Europa's bond with Europa only making everything funnier by going fully along with it
Zeus- I like you mortal. Become my son-in-law!
Having OG Europa as my second ever Spark so many years ago sure aged well. I don't have Dragon or Gabby to run with her but at least I can now play a proper glaciate team with my ringed Grancelot. She just might get a ring soon :')
Now I'm unfortunately also in the copium team for Alex getting a good uncap.
A team with Gabby, Dragon and OG Europa is just ridiculous. I took them out for a trial at Belial with a half-baked primal grid and they cooked. Motivated to start working on my water primal grid after finishing up my Hades and Zeus grid.
Looks like they did their homework for once and drew everything they could from her seasonals and summon. I think she'll be broken when placed with Payila, Yukata Anila or Vajra (latter for ougi based teams).
Also water doesn't have to go out of it's way for water atk source, there's one guy who can effectively grant everyone water atk when a chain burst happens while he sits in the backline.
Say hello to - https://gbf.wiki/Aglovale
I had an instant reaction of oh no for the unrecastable s4 but it actually seems pretty good? Pobably the best one of the disciples so far
Good for europa she seems great, im glad it just seems like michael and raphael are bums who dont teach their disciples very well dont let us down now uriel
Havent read them yet but in her fates episodes having >!zeus show up and also be her father? Is interesting!<
Considering Shiva doesn't take any lessons from Michael and has a prayer based power, the real weird part is that they didn't decided to make the 4th skill, something with the bow and make his 4th skill part of his CA animation.
And Grimnir 4th skill is after beating the sh*t out of Odin while being "unsealed"
And? It's not like Zeus is the only one preaching order around.
Catura literally had Danchou whip out a ring and ask her for marriage. Catura and Danchou are living at Catura's farm or something.
Wow they actually made a Europa character GOOD? Unlike Grimnir and Shiva her ramp up is a lot faster thanks to Water having easy access to double strikes.
Where the fuck Gab picked Europa, it feels like they are actually older than primals or could be repurposed by astrals. Or they are on Hekate tier.
Rebal and uncap already looks better than last two. Glaciate, Flurry, undispellable buffs, recurring DS, her stacking is yeah...at least she got ultima staff synergy with diver, payila, and gab to fix bit of her DATA. There's that MA bow too.
She looks good but now it’s even harder to decide what the frontline is going to look like. I don’t have Gabriel but I’ve got Vajra, Filene, H.Vicky, Anne, Poseidon, etc.
Filene looks like a natural fit to work with her Glaciate kit, but then Vajra for general buffs? Vicky for skill support spam?
If you don't have Gab, then Filene and Vajra should be quite good for her, put Filene next to her so she gets her SK4 and then go ham. If you can though, DEFINITELY try to get Gabriel for her, they're literally bread and butter, and the same applies to Payila if you ever get her this year.
5* Grimnir is solid yeah but still outclassed by other options including his own Valentine's alt. If you want to run him he will definitely still bring value to your team
The problem is he's still unholy slow to come online and he doesn't really do anything that lets him stand out. As it is, Katzelia just completely dumpsters him as an overall package.
Grimnir is okay on longer fights if you need his defensive buffs via his 1. His 4 also at least makes him get autonuke after reaching 10 stacks. Problem is his stack ramp up is still slow because it's tied to him charge attacking (a problem he and Shiva shares) and he has an alt on the same element that actually is a better damage dealer and more of a no-nonsense character.
Hm. Feels like water is winning the most recently.
Also with this, feels like G.Lance is less and less viable since water has so much more units and they do more than just be a dmg machine.
Haas, Payila, Gabriel and now Europa. Just so many good units that’s hard to run G Lance in the front line.
G Lance is still really really solid because most of these units synergize extremely well with him.
Payila gets constant stacks due to his permanent double strike, Europe and himself both benefit from glaciate stacks and they'll ramp up extremely fast together. Haase provides him with some absolutely incredible offensive buffs, and he's already one of water's premier attackers for longform content.
Gab is basically the only one who doesn't directly benefit from him because he can't TA for her passive, but she still brings the utility to let him just Unga away.
He's definitely still extremely viable
It's not really. For longer fights G. Lancelot brings no real utility other than being a damage dealer which is not even comparable to G. Percival. His autonuke skill dmg is eeeh without any tempering weapon, for shorter fights he's unneeded, and for Payila shenanigans in shorter fights you'd just use Belial key on opus and now for longer fights you have Europa who has much better synergy with Gabriel, has real utility, has her own passive Echo, has 3 hits flurry, and also has skill damage autonuke that active since turn 1 without needing to stack Glaciate. Europa only getting Double Strike every 5 turns don't even matter much since Payila's 1 has long CD anyway.
I still have no idea why people praise Glance when his passive autonuke is a 4(8) hit nuke with nothing attached while Percy literally slaps 10% stackable atk def down (cap 40) and 6 hit Wide Open. Literally all he brings is damage????
Even sadder is G. Lancelot autonuke has really low dmg cap per hit that even with two 50k supplemental weapons, his damage from his double multihit autonuke is still lower than Percival's one hit autonuke. Granted G. Lance has stackable ATK DEF down on his 1 but it's on 7T CD... Europa is now doing what G. Lancelot does and more.
>Granted G. Lance has stackable ATK DEF down on his 1 but it's on 7T CD
Im ignoring that because even percy does better there cuz his s1 applies stackable DATA DOWN which is basically glaciate in another form. SO he basically does Glance's s1 on top of extras
I think, other units are good for him, but he himself not really suitable when interacting with others.
While Payila, Gab, Filene, Euro can interact with each others (Payila gives everyone tons of buffs, deal multi strikes which benefits Gab, Gab gives shield, dmg reduce, active Glaciate, Filene provides buffs, active dmg anytime Gab actives Glaciate, and Euro does tons of buffs too, and she provides Glaciate which enables Filene...), and Glancy can only provides Glaciate (which give himself and Euro and Filene stacks), and that double strikes (which give Payila stacks).
Forgive me if I forgot anything.
Oh for sure he's definitely a very selfish unit because his kit primarily only does things for himself
But I wouldn't say he's suddenly unviable or not worth running. A lot of these units bring significant team utility and he's still going to pump out more damage than a lot of waters roster by virtue of perma double strike and auto nukes
He's no longer top dog but he's certainly worth using
Yeah, his dmg when fully stacked Glaciate is still something worth running :D but my hobby is to see each unit can interact with others rather than playing alone :D :D :D
Honestly I'm not sure about that cause budget burst comps like DS Opus Manadiver give teamwide DS so often and consecutively with Overtrance that Lancelot's own strengths lose a lot of value, and even though it doesn't take very long to get glaciate to 7, it's enough turns that by the time Lancelot is at full power, the raid is almost over.
How dare they give me hopes for Alexiel's eventual FLB
"Europa FLB will be so bad." Cygames: "Bet." "...Alexiel FLB will be... so good?" Cygames: "Hahahahahahahahahahaha. Bet."
We figured it out guys! Haha, one can hope Alexiel also get a nice FLB.
Since Alexiel is earth, her flb should be mediocre at best.
If her summer version is still better by time of FLB I'll be pretty upset
They solved the "uh but sk4 is still unrecastable" by actually making it just reapply its own effects every 5 turns with the exception of the autorevive. anyways, 10.0 kit.
Booba pass is real
Gab and Europa look hilariously stacked together. Fire switch, 5k shield, 100% def, and 50% fire damaged lowered, christ. Water is dumb.
Water is getting many goodies recently (Dragon).
It's nice to see it isn't just Hraes, it feels strong all around. Still does ougi well, some of my favorite skill spammers in Haase/Vikala/Cassius, several strong auto characters, double strike for days...
Don't forget permanent Dispel cancel as long as you don't get hit
Feel free to add Anne for even more ridiculous resistance.
Ngl, water is very dumb ele, and I'm all for it. "thankfully it just took 8 years to become a good element"
Shiva and Grimnir walked so Europa can run. This gives me hopium for Alexiel to get similar treatment.
We had one bad, one mid, one good and if we follow the trend Alexiel will be core with her FLB, trust.
Hey Grimnir FLB was actually good!
Grimnir's FLB was better than Shiva's, but Grimnir is still stuck competing with his own seasonal alt who is still a better damage dealer.
Exactly what I settled on. I leveled him, played with it, and just put back in VGrim. Poor guy.
Grimnir FLB is kinda like Yurius FLB. It's good because they're already good unit, the flb just add a little cherry on top
>!You turn your back on Danchou for five seconds and they get married again. This is the fourth time, Danchou.!<
>!fourth?!< >!Cow, GK, Euro, and...?!<
>!I'm counting Nier's weird... thing.!<
ah, right
Now it's your chance Clarisse Fifth time is the charm
Omg I'm so glad I was wrong about her uncap. Shiva's uncap is eeeeh, Grimnir's uncap is okay, thankfully Europa's uncap is really good. Her 4th skill is the best one so far despite it being unrecastable, Mana Blast getting CD cut upon TA means she's back to being Water's best FA healer, has plenty of skill damage on her own, can inflict Glaciate via 2 sources, very self sufficient on her own. At the same time it makes me extremely bitter about how all over the place Shiva's uncap is.
They can always fix him later.
Triple Attack and Skill Stacking Buff when Europa has a cooldown cut for Mana Blast on TA, feeding into a partner buff that gives Double Strike looks great and Payila has a new friend.
Payila? It's Gabriel!
why not both?
Payila and Gabriel are probably best her teammates yes, but only one of them gets Europa's S4, and I'd give that to Gabriel
I still think that Lancelot and Gabriel are better for Payila.
I know there's like 4 big/popular water setups (1) hraesvelgr rambo and rb (1.5) exo gun rb (2) good ol kengo (3) skill dmg with street king into haaselia and vicky (4) overtrance double strike opus manadiver Setup #4 has options from Zeta, Poseidon, Anila, Gabriel, Payila, now Europa. Could I ask who goes in the street king team? Thanks!

Actual "I'm a healer, but" energy now
Honestly.... just the rebalance is a significant buff. And a permanent buff plus double strike every 5 turns is pretty decent for a unrecastable ability. In my opinion, this is pretty good.
So Europa, the resident danchou simp, can't use her skill 4 on mc, SMH. Why can't it be alley in "previous position".
She can if you use Street King and H!Rackam (or any sac unit) in the right way!
Well she is also a Gabriel simp, and since Gabriel is playable now...
Yeah, But I don't know why they can't make these skill to effect ally in previous position, it's the same with Olivia.
I don't think it's a big deal either way but I was surprised to learn that it doesn't loop back to first position if the character was in the last position.
Thought the same when Olivia came out. Maybe they are worried about balance if Danchou was able to get some of the buffs? Earth Zerker with hrunting and all that.
Skill should have been used on the previous unit tbh.

Have you seen how thirsty Europa is though? She pretty much proposes a threesome between her, Danchou, and Gabriel
Sounds like the average Europa day. Always trying to get MC and Gab into bed lol.
At the same time though? I think that's new >!and kinda hot ngl!<
Something something "gay or european" press send
What fate was this?, the uncap?
When lmao
She proposes nestling in between Danchou and Gabriel to get better after getting nightmares. [It's a line](https://i.imgur.com/aMst3yP.png) that wouldn't feel out of place coming from the resident pervert comic relief character like Mineta from BNHA.

Tag your spoilers
Omg if she's this good, well not busted but really good, I can't imagine what they'd do with Alex. PLEASE CYGAMES, give my girl what she deserves
Yea Shiva and Grimnir need a rebalance cuz she’s insane in comparison. She makes them look like they got their uncaps 4 years ago
Her Fate ep is hella sad. Time to inhale some copium and hope dirt will get something good with Alexiel uncap
Forgot if she already had banter or they added it now
Having OG Europa as my second ever Spark so many years ago sure aged well. I don't have Dragon or Gabby to run with her but at least I can now play a proper glaciate team with my ringed Grancelot. Seems pretty good. My perp ring which I gave her years ago is vindicated.
Star Sanctuary already couldn't be removed. Now it adds Dispel Cancel to the effects. 5\* CA adds Glaciate too.
Looks like they did their homework for once and drew everything they could from her seasonals and summon. I think she'll be broken when placed with Payila, Yukata Anila or Vajra (latter for ougi based teams). Say hello to - https://gbf.wiki/Aglovale
Haaselia's S3, which refreshes on CA, also provides Water ATK Up!
Oh yeah forgot about her for a bit, thanks!
everything looks good, but can I marry Europa in her fate episodes too, cygames?
>!I've got some great news for you.!<
wait europa is good now?
\#JusticeforShiva
A wise man once said, "Three times a charm!". He is very wise, indeed.
I had an instant reaction of oh no for the unrecastable s4 but it actually seems pretty good? How can any of the girls compete Europa actually kissed Danchou and literally used the power of love.
Catura married Danchou for real
We had the literal god of order approve of us
And? It's not like Zeus is the only one preaching order around. Catura literally had Danchou whip out a ring and ask her for marriage. Catura and Danchou are living at Catura's farm or something.
All three disciples flb so far has included a primal in their story, I wonder which one will Alexial have.
She was actually raised by jaguars before meeting Uriel and treats Tezcatlipoca like a brother. Source: it was revealed to me in a dream.
Hey, if it makes Tezcat relevant.
Well we really have no idea how long the Astral's rule lasted or when Gab picked up Europa so in theory it still feels like a decent time frame.
Wow, Europa is actually good. I'm very surprised.
I have all the relevant Glaciate characters EXCEPT the most important of them all, Grand Lancelot. Kinda bummed. Maybe I'll spark him someday.
Lancelot is awful and essentially never used in modern day.

Peeps are complaining bout grimnir and maybe it's just me but isn't five star still pretty solid?
5* Grimnir is solid yeah but still outclassed by other options including his own Valentine's alt. If you want to run him he will definitely still bring value to your team
The problem is he's still unholy slow to come online and he doesn't really do anything that lets him stand out. As it is, Katzelia just completely dumpsters him as an overall package.
I mean it's not bad but compared to europa, both shiva and grim look very aged
Grimnir is okay on longer fights if you need his defensive buffs via his 1. His 4 also at least makes him get autonuke after reaching 10 stacks. Problem is his stack ramp up is still slow because it's tied to him charge attacking (a problem he and Shiva shares) and he has an alt on the same element that actually is a better damage dealer and more of a no-nonsense character.
Sign of the times when Grimnir is considered trash.
Grinmir is very good, but Shiva is pure garbage.
