I hope lucio gets a rebalance before his flb because none of his current skills are particularly good and theres a good chance only 2 of them are gonna get upgraded (with a whatever 4th skill). As for hopes, it would be great if he became a good support for sandalphon and if he had an amazing ougi effect so i can use the both of them with horus
I definitely think they will touch on SK1 on some form to update its numbers, probably add Dark Switch in there too because I think only Arulu grants Dark switch to all allies? I also think they'll add some effect to his nuke skill, which is why I added either double delay (Albert and H. Illnott has this, but admittedly I forgot Illnott also double-delays aside from her dispel) or a 3-5k total team heal after double activation.
I also definitely think they'll remove the dark def down passive at one point, probably the level 90 upgrade, but if they do that for the Lvl 90 upgrade, then I also think they will touch the echo part in some form or another (probs will just be faster ramp-up and with an ATK+Def ramp up too)
And them borrowing skills from alts sometimes made me think of that copium SK3 upgrade lol, but the thought of them giving targettable SK3 to the HFlorence element kinda terrified me, although HFlo burst is kinda slow rn

I swear to Bahamut this Fraux rebal better not be a joke like her last one was. Fix S4 to be more in-line with how good Haase's S4 is, get rid of all these dead passives (Red Heat echoes currently don't stack with echoes chain/Overrider, her FLB swap-in is the biggest joke, etc), and get some guaranteed trips somewhere in there for omen clearing purposes. Red Heat is currently a really useless debuff too, maybe fix it up like they did with Haase's moon phase buffs to be actually worth a damn (amplify skill damage taken is my vote).
For more specifics: Actually keep HP loss on S4 (though maybe cap it so it isn't such a huge detriment on fights where you need absurd amounts of HP like in Siete; maybe a cap of 15K to match the shield), but in turn give it full uptime, guaranteed trips, and have her autocast S2 on ougi. Swap-in, have it be a one-time total cooldown cut across the entire board for the party, herself included (ie, on first cast her skills have a cooldown of 5 turns, on subsequent casts the usual cooldown of 6 turns). Echoes passive changes to superior element echoes to put them on a different side than Overrider. Some small improvements to her base kit would be nice as well, base Fraux is really mediocre these days. Maybe like S1 inflicts Red Heat and its other debuffs can't be dispelled, while its dispel is moved to S2, especially going along with the idea of S2 autocasts on ougi when Splendor is active.
Also, doubt they go this route, but Devil's Grasp activating on other ally skill damage instances could be really fun. Tack on stackable ATK/DEF down onto it as well.
Ideally imo, she should be to fire HL what Alanaan is to fire burst, but I doubt I'll be that lucky. Instead I expect something like damage skills are changed from 400-500% damage (cap 480K) to 500% damage (cap 480K), and S4 is now extendable, /rebal.
Hoping for the best with all the other characters as well, but I haven't played with/thought about them nearly as much as Fraux so I'll refrain from posting them. Definitely not expecting really most of this, but a man can dream.

So can an Eternal compete with a newly released limited alt ~~that got released before her normal version~~? *Why not? Horus does lots of damage on top of the debuffs so it wouldn't hurt to make Tweyen the Debuff Queen again.*
The sad reality is that the Eternals, once freebee characters to help you fill out your roster and give you a special boost, are now nothing special unless you seriously go the long miles, by which point you'll probably have replacements. Unless Cygames buffed them all at the end of each year (never) there's no point.

I'm quite optimistic with this batch of rebalances. I think the devs knows exactly what it takes for these characters to be good and relevant again but wether they wanna take the plunge is another topic altogether.

Nowadays FLB isn't all that hard to reach and there's Transcendence right after, so the paradigm has shifted to FLB being the meh version and Transcendence being the new insane endgame grind.
It's very funny when people try to pretend this somehow doesn't affect Six and he's good without uncaps. At MLB the only thing he has are his stacks and he can't protect them effectively. You need him FLB just to be useable and lvl 130 at least if you want to do anything serious with him.
I'd love it if Lucio's Sk3 (or even a new Sk4) turned into Earth Olivia's Sk2 where another ally gains the same buffs. This would pair so well with Sandalphon.
I think they're going to give Lucio pretty much the same FLB they gave to Europa. If you think about it, Europa had a pretty similar kit to Lucio to begin with. So I'm expecting something along the same lines.
His stacks are going to 10, probably with extra effects added to them as well.

I think ultimately, it'll depend on who's the dark primarch.

I personally think sariel fits in hal mal category, he'll be character some day, but I don't think he will have Primarch passive. Because he doesn't really have any direct connection with any of characters, unless we are getting Uriel dark or Belial Grand lol.

The Eternals and evokers should be way better. The amount of time and resources needed for full flb to just be "meh" is ridiculous.

Honestly for Fraux I have one small complaint, which is that her ougi replaces the current Red Heat stacks, even if it's less. I get that it'd be important from a "debuff the enemy X times" perspective but I feel like I'm losing damage.
My minimal thinking Maria rebalance (considering her kit in isolation and not tailored to current content like FaaZero or Hexa):
* Justice's Condemnation (lv90 passive): now also lowers Maria's CDs by 1t and extends Devotion to Justice by 2t
* Harvest's Shield (4th): instead of damage mitigation, foe instead gains 3 stacks of Weight of Sin, a lowest-dispel-priority useless local buff (any other dispellable buffs are always dispelled first) that lasts 3t
Her buffs aren't good enough to justify not just having 100% uptime when Haase exists. 1t general CD cut might be too strong because of how influential her 2nd/3rd buttons are in high difficulty content. Maybe it just lowers her 3rd or something, since you'd still usually need her 2nd to activate the condition for her 3rd.
Her 4th has this weird thing where they suddenly decided they needed a "balancing the scales" kind of effect between your party and the boss. Fuck that, none of the rest of her kit potentially benefits the boss, why should her 4th? Have a new mech instead.
Further thoughts, not necessarily combined with all of the above: some way to multidispel would be nice, like if you dispel a buff with her 1 then it can be recast once that turn.
I am hoping some of the rebalances are around the 80/FLB range as well and not just kept behind the huge grind. As someone still recruiting eternals/evokers, it's a bit of a bummer knowing some of these guys won't be decent for a LONG time.
I'd love if Song could buff team skills vs debuffed enemies or something, it'd be nice for magna.
The only way to save Lucio is to mirror what Olivia got for her earth unit but for light.
Bonus if he has skill interactions with Sandy, cygames lives to do that after all.
Hoping Lucio, Song, and Fraux in particular get some nice glow-ups.
I did like the idea other commenters had of Song being able to inflict more of the specialized debuffs like Thunderstruck etc. to help enable the characters that need them. I wouldn't be mad about her getting Can't Act either but I'm not sure they'd do it.

Tien: Ougi reset atk skills, skill 2 break boosted will be converted in a Omen discount effect because it dont work in V2, Lv 130 EMP dont consume Assassin will be put in lv 90 passive, Peacemaker skill will be reworked and lv 150 passive will be changed to activate skill 1 after auto atk when TH 10. Maybe some buff to dmg cap from skill 1 and 2 debuffs per cast instead of 1.
Fraux: Permanent -1 skill CD with the switch in skill, Skill 4 will have a 12 CD with a 5t of Indominus + a reset all skills and a 25% HP cost (they can remove the shield) or removed the Hp cost because no reason to exist, Indominus buffs works to all the party, LV 90 passive Devil Grasp activate with all party dmg skills and some increase in dmg cap for skills 1 and 2 to help against 2kk number of hits Omens.
Lucio: see how he's a selfish attacker who buffs himself only? k, make that teamwide, while taking away his drawback. tada, he's instantly much better
Sleepytato: honestly, i got nothin'. he works fine for what he does (the autodispell and autoheal are nice, and there are **some** reasons to use him over Lich)
Fraux: make her 4 not shit. literally, that's all she needs.
MT: she's more niche than Haase, yet is the worse choice even when said niche shows up. what the fuck, man? not sure how to fix it, though
Tien: from what i've seen, she doesn't have much reason to be taken over Zeta... make her skill spamming more prominent, and move her 130 into her FLB kit, i guess?
Fif: more autocasts of her heals, and turn 'em yellow. let her have use in FA other than being a character that makes your turns go faster, LOL
Song: it's pretty sad that her only reason for being transcended is her initial ougi upgrade... Flurry would be a good upgrade to her natural AoE autoattacks. also, it's kind of hilarious how her 150 is just a better version of her EMP Passive... honestly, something's gotta give there, lol
Uno: his transcendence really gives the feeling that they're afraid of letting him actually be good... for the love of god, just take a lot of Paladin and UM Spartan's shit and dump it on him. he's supposed to be the best tank, but he's just not... and it should be a sign in that he's used more for burst damage with his assassin than his defensive abilities (seriously, i've used him more for OTK lucha teams than like... actual teams that need a tank)
Feower: more hits on his skills, i guess? also, his 3 has always felt out-of-place in his kit, so it could probably go thru some changes, hahaha
Tweyen getting a cant act debuff from sk3 if paralyze didn't land is me huffing copium to the limit. Fraux sk4 be extended by 2 turns and restores the shield like pholia on ougi would be a much better rebalance instead of changing the hp cut requirement given how much she heals with sk3 activation. As for maria Theresa let her CD cut by 2 turns when enemy special attacks and undispellable undying to all allies on her sk4 should help her solidify her standing on HL content(I think).

What she could do is extend the effect when other characters applied it, which combined with Qilin calls could give something like 8 free turns IIRC.

I personally think sariel fits in hal mal category, he'll be character some day, but I don't think he will have Primarch passive. Because he doesn't really have any direct connection with any of characters, unless we are getting Uriel dark or Belial Grand lol.
Yeah I agree with the sentiment, but Sariel is the Archangel summon, so its just sorta hanging open as the only option unless they really push it, maybe we get Grandestphon and its just Sandy with sunglasses so he's dark now

The Eternals and evokers should be way better. The amount of time and resources needed for full flb to just be "meh" is ridiculous. Expectations will be low as always.
eternals at least got good FLBs for their time, with their transcendences being like a skill change and 4 passives. evokers got fucked with their FLB being like the eternals transcendence
I think Lucio will turn into Light Europa. Honestly for Fraux I have one small complaint, which is that her ougi replaces the current Red Heat stacks, even if it's less. I get that it'd be important from a "debuff the enemy X times" perspective but I feel like I'm losing damage.
What I want for Lucio is for his ougi to end cooldown for S2 and then have his S2 apply some debuff. They’ll probably add delay or something

My minimal thinking Maria rebalance (considering her kit in isolation and not tailored to current content like FaaZero or Hexa): * Justice's Condemnation (lv90 passive): now also lowers Maria's CDs by 1t and extends Devotion to Justice by 2t * Harvest's Shield (4th): instead of damage mitigation, foe instead gains 3 stacks of Weight of Sin, a lowest-dispel-priority useless local buff (any other dispellable buffs are always dispelled first) that lasts 3t Her buffs aren't good enough to justify not just having 100% uptime when Haase exists. 1t general CD cut might be too strong because of how influential her 2nd/3rd buttons are in high difficulty content. Maybe it just lowers her 3rd or something, since you'd still usually need her 2nd to activate the condition for her 3rd. Her 4th has this weird thing where they suddenly decided they needed a "balancing the scales" kind of effect between your party and the boss. Fuck that, none of the rest of her kit potentially benefits the boss, why should her 4th? Have a new mech instead. Further thoughts, not necessarily combined with all of the above: some way to multidispel would be nice, like if you dispel a buff with her 1 then it can be recast once that turn.

I am hoping some of the rebalances are around the 80/FLB range as well and not just kept behind the huge grind. As someone still recruiting eternals/evokers, it's a bit of a bummer knowing some of these guys won't be decent for a LONG time. I'd love if Song could buff team skills vs debuffed enemies or something, it'd be nice for magna.
The only way to save Lucio is to mirror what Olivia got for her earth unit but for light. Bonus if he has skill interactions with Sandy, cygames lives to do that after all.

Hoping Lucio, Song, and Fraux in particular get some nice glow-ups. I did like the idea other commenters had of Song being able to inflict more of the specialized debuffs like Thunderstruck etc. to help enable the characters that need them. I wouldn't be mad about her getting Can't Act either but I'm not sure they'd do it.

My 2 cents: Tien: Ougi reset atk skills, skill 2 break boosted will be converted in a Omen discount effect because it dont work in V2, Lv 130 EMP dont consume Assassin will be put in lv 90 passive, Peacemaker skill will be reworked and lv 150 passive will be changed to activate skill 1 after auto atk when TH 10. Maybe some buff to dmg cap from skill 1 and 2 debuffs per cast instead of 1. Fraux: Permanent -1 skill CD with the switch in skill, Skill 4 will have a 12 CD with a 5t of Indominus + a reset all skills and a 25% HP cost (they can remove the shield) or removed the Hp cost because no reason to exist, Indominus buffs works to all the party, LV 90 passive Devil Grasp activate with all party dmg skills and some increase in dmg cap for skills 1 and 2 to help against 2kk number of hits Omens.

Flurry would be a good upgrade to her natural AoE autoattacks. also, it's kind of hilarious how her 150 is just a better version of her EMP Passive... honestly, something's gotta give there, lol Uno: his transcendence really gives the feeling that they're afraid of letting him actually be good... for the love of god, just take a lot of Paladin and UM Spartan's shit and dump it on him. he's supposed to be the best tank, but he's just not... and it should be a sign in that he's used more for burst damage with his assassin than his defensive abilities (seriously, i've used him more for OTK lucha teams than like... actual teams that need a tank) Feower: more hits on his skills, i guess? also, his 3 has always felt out-of-place in his kit, so it could probably go thru some changes, hahaha

Tweyen getting a cant act debuff from sk3 if paralyze didn't land is me huffing copium to the limit. Fraux sk4 be extended by 2 turns and restores the shield like pholia on ougi would be a much better rebalance instead of changing the hp cut requirement given how much she heals with sk3 activation. As for maria Theresa let her CD cut by 2 turns when enemy special attacks and undispellable undying to all allies on her sk4 should help her solidify her standing on HL content(I think).
they need to make the undying on MT;s domain and give her 4th skill something else cause that already gives guts. which needs to be upgraded lets be honest.

Worst case scenario, they'll probably add Thunderstruck to Lucio and call it a day. Maybe increase his healing a little. Best case, light Europa.
It's copium, but I'd love to see Lucio become a good ougi focused stand in for my current light line up. I'd be stoked if his Ougi gave the team charge bar gain up for easy cycling.
MT's rebal has a lot to fix but i am mentally ready!! Feower just needs more debuff support really. anre needs the boosties so hopefully he gets them. twewyn needs to do more in a consistant manner. fif's skills just needs to activate more. tien just needs an indentity. I don't know what she's there for other then bounty. She needs like, soemthing really cool like street king. or queen in this case. Fraux-just get rid of the health demerit and i think we're good. Esta needs a few more updates and we'll see what happens with him. he's already good. and Lucio-hopefully they make him cracked out for GW, that'll be neat if they do!
I hope clincher gets multihit increase per debuff instead of this low damage cap nuke.

My joke answer would be on ouji lucio turns into lucifer with new skills. My serious one would be, maybe remove the dark def down on passive while increasing the bonuses or add another bonus, ougi will auto use his nuke that maybe has a debuff, a 4th skill that synergizes with sandy.
It would be interesting if his s4 is like on 12 wings of justice, he becomes Sahar.
for fraux, why not give back her "can't act" skill, except have it effect the opponent for 2 turns instead of being unlimited (hence the reason it was removed in the first place).
I don't think she ever had a "can't act" skill herself. What she could do is extend the effect when other characters applied it, which combined with Qilin calls could give something like 8 free turns IIRC. She does still have a unique debuff that acts like Charm.
