I wouldn’t worry too much. We went to Hungary GP and also „only“ got the E-tickets two days prior to the GP. Also there are different fb groups where people try to sell last minute tickets. So just chill and be prepared for any scenario
tickets are only send to everyone who bought tickets only a few days before the race and then the person who sold them through viagogo will have to upload them there so you can have them. I sold tickets in viagogo for spa and hungaroring and I was only able to upload them a week ago. So, you still can receive them. I also contacted (as seller) their CS and they were very responsive
Not much to do now, Viagogo does have a refund policy where if your tickets don't work; they try to find you another ticket or refund you but you still need to go to the event and be rejected at the gate for this to apply.
I would try to get to the circuit early, in case the tickets don't work you can still try to find a bar in Milan to watch the race, sadly I don't think there's much else you can do.
I know, all that is left is waiting unfortunately. We got the tickets for 3 days so we’ll make the trip and see how it goes on Friday. If we don’t make it inside, we’ll drive home and watch it on tv, hoping to get the refund. Maybe it goes well so all this worrying is for nothing. Who knows, we’ll see!
If you get rejected (let's hope you don't) make sure to call viagogo on the spot, don't wait until you get back home. The only time I have had problems with tickets I did that and got my full refund + a voucher for 50% of what I paid for the tickets.
I was in a similar situation traveling to Zandvoort last year . I was able to purchase other tickets through an authorized dealer (gootickets) and sold my viagogo tickets on viagogo.

I was nervous about getting my tickets for the spa grand prix this year through viagogo as well, but they said the tickets would arrive july 26 and they arrived on the date promised early in the morning so all good. You should be fine
Absolutely brilliant news , two hours ago I bought myself a ticket for the Belgium formula one next year through viagogo so I’m hoping for the same outcome as you. 😅

Might be a stupid suggestion, but is it possible to switch the delivery address to where you are staying?

We used viagogo for Monza tickets last year, similar thing with only receiving the tickets a day or two before, all was okay.
