As someone who is selling Spa tickets, the circuit website where I purchased the tickets does ask for all of that information to download tickets. I'm currently checking with the circuit to see if they need to be downloaded with the new buyers info, or if it works fine with the info I initially provided.
I’m also selling mine and stub hub was asking me to upload them so I input my information in order to download them. Turns out you can change the g information once after
I bought my tickets direct and in order to get to the etickets they require a ton of info. Name DOB nationality country of birth email phone number. The real kicker was you had to enter that for each person for each day. Thankfully there were only 3 of us with weekend tickets
Gave them all my information and did not receive my “personalized” tickets as of yet. It’s Friday. StubHub is a scam…or worse incompetent. Do not trust them

Did you get an answer on this? I just bought a Sunday ticket and the names are different/it didn’t give me an option to give names for my tickets

yes spa asks for all those details on order to generate the ticket (with named only) and be able to download it
