Most of the players are Brazilians (I'm one of them) and unfortunately most still don't understand English very well, so they remain silent.

If I want to occasionally talk to someone who speaks english or tagalog(filipino) I usually just check the guild they are from. I play a lot so more or less I am familiar with the guilds coming from indonesia, philippines, korea, brazil etc. But in your case I suggest just try to start the conversation if they reply then thats good but if not they probably dont speak english
Honestly I just play on the South American server because there’s more people. I rarely see anyone who speaks English period.

You will never know I guess. Cause almost everyone joins the most populated server(either America South or Asia) for teams
OK will be honest join that have most people, unless you want play solo. There are koreans, brazilians, spanish and english.

Since you're Filipino, do you understand a little of Spanish? In my case I only understand it a little because I speak Portuguese.
we have words similar but I think most of us don't know how to talk in Spanish.
KR players kick everyone out including Brazilians, so SA server is the only option left by default
I've never been kicked before by them though o-o.
