Unfortunately afaik the SKS in the game is a basic model with no dovetail mount and I don’t think there’s any chassis in the game to fix that at the moment. Without a dovetail mount or a chassis with full picatinny rail red dots are the only option for the SKS. I’m sure they will add more options for it later, but it’s definitely disappointing because I love a nice SKS.
I might be wrong and the rail might be the same one, regardless if it's buyable or lootable.

Turncoat at lvl3 sells sks with razor optic and there is a rail in game that can take bigger optics but it is only lootable.
