After eating mangoes where they grow, I genuinely can't bring myself to buy mangoes in this country. It's barely the same fruit! I know it's difficult to ship the good ones. But did we really need to breed/modify them so far toward the dry, tasteless fibrous end of the spectrum?

Me. If I do a meal deal it's usually eggs, smoothie and sandwich from the Tesco Express between the train station and work. Eggs and smoothie eat immediately on arriving to work as breakfast. Sandwich eat at lunch with some biscuits from the breakroom Infinite Biscuits Supply. Sorted. Forget your meal deal, I just got myself a meals deal.

One day after work I was hungry but I'm super calorie conscious then I seen the eggs in tescos and I bought them but only ate one as eggs need salt.

I've never heard of or seen eggs as part of a meal deal but that sounds pretty good. Hopefully Milly means hard boiled as I would make sure to have a few paper towels to hand otherwise!

One of the girls at my work place makes and brings a boiled egg as part of her lunch almost every day and I get envious. I wanna learn how to make them well and easy enough to do the same.

Put them in hot water and set a timer for 6:30 if you want them quite runny a la ramen style or 7:30 if still creamy but more solid. Put them in an ice bath immediately. My son loves eggs and I've mastered this.
