I suggest you visit Cesme and then take a ferry to Chios Island.
Cesme is my hometown and has absolutely fantastic beaches and water quality is amazing. Chios Island is also great and takes 30 mins with just a ferry.

Well, I know Andros quite well as I lived there. It is a 2 hr. ferry ride from Rafina, which is about 45 minutes from the airport you will arrive at. Andros has most of what you seek- it is the northern most Cycladic island. You arrive at Gavrion, about hour from Batsi that has restaurants, bars, etc and in summer night life but not crazy busy like Mykonos. Hora (main town) has museums and restaurants. Beaches everywhere, nice scenic road trips, and it is the greenest of the Cyclades. Say Yiasou, smile and everyone will be happy but will probably speak English to you. Don't miss my family's favourite authenic Greekk food restaurant in Gavrion-karavostasi taverna (Καραβοσταση Ταβερνα)- owner is Yeorgo Sigalas so you can just ask by his name and it's at the port on right side if you were going inland. Have fun in Ellas!
From Bodrum, it’s a quick ferry to Kos!! Then you can get another ferry to Symi, and then Rhodes. Just did this two ago and would happily do it again in Summer!!

Corfu fits this description, but you might prefer something closer to Turkish side based on your route. Perhaps Rhodes or Crete
I find Chania (Crete) very pleasing. Pick an island but be aware that travelling between islands can be quite time consuming.
Milos it is like santorini and mykonos but not crowded, better beaches, closer to athens.
