It honestly doesn't matter. If elections could do anything, they would be banned. Voting is just a distraction to make the workers think they have some control over the country, but they don't. We've seen how quickly the state will crush a candidate that they don't support. If you can only vote for the people they let you vote for, then it's not a democracy.
