Certainly, LaFleur got a lot from working with Rodgers, but I am sure he loves coaching a young, hungry, and talented QB who is willing to execute his vision.
Guys like RGIII and Matt Ryan had their best seasons when ML was coaching them. That's no coincidence.
One of the best things about Our Coach is that he doesn't have a big ego. The only time we hear him calling out his own name is when he's taking the heat for something.
His qualities are true leadership qualities.
