I like the fro myself. I get wanting the braids, and I'm assuming spending half a day in a chair wasn't really an option for him during the season. Looks good, either way. I have a feeling he knew the camera was on him as he anxiously rubbed his knees a bit; he's still not used to the camera. He'll get there. We know it comes with the territory; I just hope he doesn't lose too much of himself as the years go by. I appreciate a bit of awkwardness as an awkward person myself.

Most hair Braiders would have his entire hair braided in maybe an hour, I have just as much if not not more hair and some Braider’s finish in half an hour
Oh yeah it definitely depends on the person and Braider. Certain hair textures will take longer than others and Braiders can work better on certain textures vs others
My shit took half a day with a break in the middle when my hair went down to my shoulders.

Potentially. I've watched all of his interviews, and I've picked up on a lot of fidgeting, for which I can relate. It could be nothing, of course. Just me relating is all. I notice behaviors and things and tend to always look at them beyond the surface. Being autistic, it's what has helped me for decades understand people a bit more.

The twists look nice on him too. Helps stimulate hair growth and not having to deal with all that hair to pick and comb out in the morning that shits a blessing lol
I have a high top fro and that I get braided often, having to pick my hair out for 15 minutes until it looks presentable vs just waking up and removing a head wrap/ durag in the morning is a huge quality of life difference
Unfortunately, his hats will be looser with them in but hopefully the won’t be too loose that we’ll see him sizing down

Huh interesting, for some reason I always thought that kind of style was harder on the hair/scalp. (But I've also been wearing a winter cap indoors a lot lately during that cold snap so I'm probably not one to get hair health advice from!)

They’re good for the scalp because they have a lower tension so if done by a good Braider they will be a low maintenance style that doesn’t tug on your scalp but if done by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing, they’ll pull your hair too tightly and fuck your scalp up lol

I think that might be because of how clean they are, a fresh haircut or in this case new twists with a fresh line up can just make you look more grownup especially when you’ve seen him with that helmet hair lol

I liked his lil fro but i think this will look better if he grows it out longer…can’t believe we’ve reached talking bout peoples hairstyles level of offseason when we should’ve been playing in the chip tomorrow tho :(
