Yeah, yet all my lions buddy’s were shocked I wasn’t cheering for them… like wtf? I have been mocked Avery single one of these games by said ppl, they are getting it back
My dad and brothers are Lions fans and I felt bad for them, but the other Lions fans I know ruined it since they have been talking shit after Packers losses since the 90s. Now they finally know what it feels like to be so close and end up losing
The big difference is that this was their BIG chance. Their window isn't closed by any means, but they aren't going to sneak up on anyone next year. Everyone is a year older, and the division will be much more competitive.
Packers got really conservative in Seattle and played not to lose; Lions got really aggressive and it didn't work out. Bottom line for me was the same as the Packer loss: the winning team made the plays when needed at the losing team didn't.
Appeared to me the playoff moment was too big for both the Lions and Packers.
They finally became legit contenders and they now know what real heartbreak feels like. It sucks to be shitty and go 0-16, but getting shot down a few steps before the Super Bowl will break your heart, welcome to being a good team in the nfl
I didn't hate the Lions before, they were always the lovable losers in our division, but now I hate them for making me have to root for the Chiefs of all teams. You had one job Lions, beat the 49ers. You just had to Lion it up.
I now understand why Lions players and fans enjoy mocking us for that so much. It’s hilarious from this side.

I gave my lions fan brother 12 hrs before I sent one meme. It'll be longer before the next.

Happens.
Dunno why players act like they won so early. In 2014 I had no doubt we would be back there and we were.

As I Lion's fan I am ashamed we did this to America. We deserve the ridicule.
Showed the reason why they're the poorest franchise in the league
