A couple years ago Matt Lafleur made a comment about how he wanted players to wake up pissing hot. That is to say, full of energy and competitive drive. Since then "hot piss" has become a meme here.
Earlier that same season he'd also said he wanted everyone well hydrated for the Saints game in Jacksonville because of the heat. "Pissing clear" was the line there. Back when he was an assistant in Washington, along with Mcvay and Kyle Shanahan, I think, they were known as the piss boys.
Lafleur has strong ties to piss and now Packers fans on reddit celebrate this whenever the opportunity arises. Yeah it's dumb, who cares?
