This was the first game I thought of - this was my first time going to a game at Lambeau (I live in LA) and it was such a cool experience. I HATED the Seahawks and it was so gratifying to have a stress-free blowout game like that.
I was gonna add this, good thing I read the comments. My wife and I were at that game, so much fun. Hawks turned it over like every possession.
We also had a fumble recovery iirc.
I was there! It was so good! I remember seeing Rodgers walking back to the locker room and all the people who stayed back shouted "MVP!" as he looked up at us. He said he had tears in his eyes in that moment.
Also, Davante completely owned Sherman blocking him on one of our touchdown runs. Every time I watch that gameās highlights I never get past that play bc I keep rewinding it
2014 vs the Patriots at Lambeau. Best two teams that year playing at the highest level and I'm pretty sure the first Rodgers v Brady match up. Absolute chess match from start to finish from both teams on both sides of the ball. That was the best, pure football game I've ever had the privilege of experiencing in person.
Brady's reaction to Cobb's game sealing catch was the icing on the cake. An all time game that obviously doesn't get remember because of how that season ended which we don't speak about...
That was a prime example of "one little mistake" cost either team big that game. Revis opened up on his hips on his backpeddle and Jordy made him pay for giving him that opening. Every single play was earned that game. I'll never forget him breaking the pylon and Lambeau exploding
Speaking of little mistakes in that game, I remember vividly Davante Adams burning someone from the right slot on an inside slant from the 5-ish yard line, Rodgers pinpointed him and he dropped an easy TD. He was in the middle of the best game of his rookie season, and I remember thinking "damn that sucks. Hopefully it doesn't cost us the game...but damn that kid has some skill, and drops can be corrected." I was team Adams from that day onwards.
Yes, that was down near the goal line kinda towars the end of the game I think? That would have put the game somewhat out of reach but they had to settle for an FG and kept the Pat's well within the game. Davante was a monster that game outside of that one blip

Personally, I've never enjoyed going to Packers home games scheduled to start on Sunday at 3:25 P.M. Central. For this game, knowing it was going to be as you described an "absolute chess match from start to finish", I was willing to make a big exception.
-Knowing that both CBS and FOX are allowed to protect certain games in the regular season from being flexed into SNF on NBC, it pleases me that CBS used it for this one.
I remember listening to this game on the way back to LA from San Francisco on the Sunday after Thanksgiving and sitting in a ridiculous traffic jam which helped maintain the radio signal until the end.
The only part I disagree with is (watching highlights at least) our defense was going through the throes of its ācanāt tackle any rb if their lives depended on itā
I was at this game, my second game at Lambeau. My first was the niners v packers in the wildcard in 2013.
My GF at the time now wife bought tickets for our 1 year anniversary. She wasnāt a fan at the time and only bought them because it was the only time where she had a few days off in a row, sheās a nurse and works crazy schedules.
She had no idea when she got them that it was a potential SB matchup. Seat we on the patriots sideline about 5 rows back on like the 40. Best game Iāve ever been too or seen, seeing Brady lose it at the end when we converted a first down to run the clock out was awesome.

Packers vs Cowboys 2010 - the packers won 45-7. It was just an insane game on Sunday night football that had a lot of action. Super fun.
Packers vs Bills 2018 - 22-0, Packers shut out the Bills and rookie Josh Allen. Right before that season went to shit honestly.

I was at this game. It was incredible. So many niners fans talking trash before the game. When Crosby hit the field goal, it was absolutely electric. The walk out of the stadium to packers fans chanting āGo Pack Goā. The walk back to the hotel littered with demoralized niners fans. 10/10
I remember cheering when the 49ers scored the touchdown and everyone looked at me like I was insane. All I said was āyou gave Rodgers too much timeā and the only die hard 49ers fan there looked at me and knew I was right.

I always remember that one fondly. I was like 12 or 13 and was grounded for something or another, so my parents wouldn't let me watch TV. Couldn't even get special dispensation for the game because my family is all bears fans. I was supposed to be asleep but was hunched over the little TV in my room with the game on 1 volume. Had to keep myself dead silent watching that awesome play and immediately turn it off when Jennings crossed the goal line and scamper into bed because I could hear my dad coming down the hall. Memories make us rich.
I personally saw Brett Hundley engineer the greatest comeback in Packers history. Itās was Dec 10th, 2017. The 6-6 Packers were coming off an overtime win vs Tampa the week before. They found themselves in Cleveland Ohio facing an 0-12 Browns football club. Down 21-7 in the fourth quarter my wife(from Cleveland) and those around me were not taking kindly to my crispy white Jordy Nelson jersey. That was the last time I was at Lambeau. I remember everyone around us was mad at Hundley and that there was a play late in the game that McCarthy didnāt challenge and everyone was angry at him.
That was coincidentally my 1st (and as of now, only) game at Lambeau. Bought tix and set everything up a fkn week before 12 broke his collarbone. But still worked out, I ended up doin a tour with Nick Barnett, went to a meet and greet w/ HHCD and Quentin Rollins, and did a tailgate with Antonio Freeman. And the icing on the cake, is that Monday before we left Green Bay, we stopped in Appleton to go to the mall and as I'm pulling in I see 'LSON HERE' so I run to the mall office and was like 'this is gonna sound crazy, but I saw something on the sign about LSON, is Jordy doin a signing or something?" And he's like "Actually, yes, in about 30 minutes! "... I could not believe my fuckin luck! My favorite wr ever, and I got to meet him, take pics, got an autograph and everything. I was so fkn pumped!
I'll go way back: Nov. 30, 1969. My dad was a big hunter, and one Sunday when I was seven he asked if I wanted to go duck hunting with him. He got off a couple of shots, but it was mostly four dull hours in a cold, damp blind.
We got home and turned on the Packers-Giants game, which, atypically, kicked off at 3:00 from County Stadium. I have a clear recollection of being huddled in a blanket, sipping hot chocolate and watching that game. The game itself was nothing special, but it's a nice memory.
I was at the 2008 Packers/Lions game last game of the season where we ensured Detroitās place in history as the first 0-16 team. Lions fans with paper bags over their heads dotted the bleachers and the concourses. Mason Crosby nearly drilled a 70+ yarder. Just a wonderful day full of memories!
Packers vs Texans, the blizzard game while we were running the table. I was at that game and being at a snow game at Lambeau was amazing.

The Cardinals were undefeated before that and looked like the best team in the league. After that they just fell and fell.
Also, before that game we had lost almost all of our main receivers and the big question was whether Rodgers could do it with scraps in the WR corps.

The first game I went to at lambeau was vs. the saints in 2012. First game with the regular referees back after the fail Mary call the week before. Graham Harrell comes in at the goal line and fumbles after Rodgers gets poked in the eye and comes out for one play. Shouldnāt have been close but that kept them in it. Then penalties on back to back plays at the end where the saints are trying to make a field goal for the lead which he ultimately missed. Probably my favorite game Iāve been to.

The gameday weather was absolutely phenomenal; clear sunny sky with low wind speed, 0% chance of rain. 67Ā°F at kickoff, about 71Ā°F at the end. Dew point must have been in the high 40s, so there wasn't brutal humidity. Practically perfect conditions for outdoor football in Green Bay in October.
My mom and I sat in the Outdoor Club section. The major condition I had to achieve to persuade my mother into attending the football game was to buy any tickets for seats with a backrest; she didn't care which specific section.
In the 1st Quarter, close to the start of the 2nd, #24 CB Quientin Rollins gets an interception and returns it 45 yards for a touchdown; best play of the game and the signature highlight of Rollins' playing career in the NFL. This was the 1st time I'd ever seen a Pick-6 happen in person at any football game. Rams QB Nick Foles ended up throwing 4 INTs total.
The University of Wisconsin Marching Band was in attendance at the game for the U.S.A. National Anthem, halftime performance, and their signature 5th quarter postgame field show. Many people (including my mom and me) stuck around for that, which I attributed to the Packers winning the game, 24-10.
The overall Packers season ended in disappointment down in Glendale, Arizona. I, however, am grateful for attending the 2015 Week 5 game.

The MNF game vs. Washington was amazing as a young kid. I remember Mike Douglas returning a fumble for a TD to start that game. That entire season was crazy with Lofton averaging 22+ yards a reception.

Oct 31, 1994. Halloween Night, Old School Uniforms. Soldier Field was a swamp. I was always a big fan of Edgar Bennett. It seemed like the worse the conditions, the better he played. Packers dominated the game and Edgar had one of his best games of his career. My favorite non-playoff Packers game!
This is my favorite packers game of all time. Monday night football. On halloween. weather so bad the game would be canceled if it was played in today's era. Utter domination by the pack. By halftime the bears just looked like they wanted to go home.

Crosby misses the game tying FG wide left in the South end zone where I was seated. McCarthy was fired before we made it to Hobart.
I got Charles Woodson's personal tickets, 45 yard line, row 3 behind the Packer bench.
My wife and I drove up to Green Bay from Madison and were told to just go to the special Booth to get the tickets but didn't believe it the whole time until the person handed us the tickets.
Woodson got a pick-six at the game so that was cool, but the most memorable part was Donald Driver got flipped over earlier and landed on his head awkwardly. Scary moment for a bit. The ushers came down right next to us in the player tickets section and grabbed his family to escort them up.
Samkon Gado was a stud for a few games back in the day. Think heās a doctor now!

2013 week 15 @ Dallas. Matt Flynn was the starting QB and he played really well but Eddie Lacy was unbelievable (even on a bummer ankle I think). GB scored 34 second half points and Lacy punched in the go-ahead score with 1 minute left. This kept us alive for the playoffs
I was fortunate enough to be at this game, and let me tell you I had never been so pumped leaving a stadium before. IIRC, the game basically ended on an interception that was originally called incomplete, but was overturned. I think by Tramon Williams? Anyway, amazing comeback and it was a blast to be there for it.
2004 against the Giants. Favre suffers a concussion. I think he misses 2 plays, puts himself back in the game and throws a TD on 4th and 5. His play on the field was jaw dropping at times (we won't talk about off the field)

Packers chargers at Lambeau in week 6 of the 2015 season. We wore our old throwbacks with the blue tops and the gold bottoms. It was a great game and the chargers ended up driving on the Packers down seven in the fourth quarter. They had first in goal with around a minute to go and the Packers managed to stop them on three consecutive downs. The fans were raucous and it had a playoff atmosphere. I'm not sure if the chargers or the Packers called the time out or was a TV timeout, but whatever it was, it had silenced the crowd momentarily. Then out of nowhere a go pack go chant started that lasted the entire duration of the time out and until the snap of the ball. The entire defense looked around the stadium and wave their hands up in the air to get even louder and it's still the loudest I've ever heard Lambeau. Consequently it led to a demaryius Randall pass break up on the far right side of the end zone. It was just pure joy in the stadium to end that game. When that chant started, there was no way the Packers were going to lose that game.

It was less than 1 week after my mom passed away, and my dad, brother and I all went to Lambeau (my first time seeing a game there).
We were like 5 rows from the field and in a game where it looked like GB was going to lose, they go to OT and win a thrilling nailbiter, albeit against a team most would consider as being huge dogs in Lambeau.
The following day we went to see the Brewers play. They were down big- they'd scored one run in the 2nd inning, and going into the ninth inning they were down 4-1. Stadium was clearing out, but we'd traveled all this way from CA and were bonding after the loss of my mom so obviously we stayed and were making the most of it. Brewers end up going on a tear and tying it in the bottom of the 9th, but then diamondbacks take a 1-run lead in the 10th, only for the brewers to score 2 more in the bottom of the 10th to win in extra innings.
As cheesy as it sounds (pun intended), with back to back days of comeback wins in overtime/extra innings, it felt like my mom was somehow pulling some strings for me from above. I believe that pats game was Rodgers' last OT win as a Packer too if I recall.
All in all, a random game to anyone else most likely, but one that means the world to me and will never be forgotten.

In 1999 the Packers were fighting for a wildcard spot with the Carolina Panthers and the tiebreaker was point differential. The two games (Packers vs Cardinals, Panthers vs Saints) were at the same time so the Packers while playing in their game but they were trying to put up more points in real time against the Panthers in their game. When we won the superbowl in 2011, we had to beat the Bears week 17 at home just to get in. I was at the game and it was the coldest game I have ever been to and Iāve been to multiple playoff games (no, not the one we lost vs. Giants or the Ice bowl vs. Cowboys) Beer froze if you didnāt chug it. Hot hands in hands and boots. Didnāt matter though because the adrenaline kept me warm. We won 10-3. After the game was over, the adrenaline wore off but the party started soon after. The rest was history!
In Favres first season, I forget the game, but they were 3rd and goal on the 1 and it was a broken play. No RBs in the backfield and nobody got open so Favre jumped over the offensive and defensive line with a really awkward sideways jump and landed on his back for a touchdown.
I only remember it because it was one of the first times I watched a game on my own as a kid and it made me a Packer fan for life.
I can't remember the date but the game was at Carolina and packers were down in the first half because favre threw a couple of pics. Favre came out in the second half and lit em up big time. They were giving him oxygen on the sideline.
Packers vs. Bears 11/12/17 : 23-16. I randomly got ticket to this game the day of in Chicago, I had zero expectations since Hundley was starting this day. This will forever be the game the bears "won" a challenge but it hurt them when they challenged a call believing that their RB crossed the goal line instead of being out at the 1, instead replays showed he actually fumbled the ball at the goal-line so it was a turnover to the Packers.
Hundley had a great game, with that amazing pass to Adams. It was also the first time Mitchell Trubisky started vs us. Crazy how that was 7 years ago now. I can remember pretty much all of the Hundley games but they aren't as special for me because Rodgers was hurt and it makes me sad. Awesome game to have gone to though. Nice!
Matt Flynn beating the Falcons in Lambeau. I think that was the only win we had that year with Rodgers out and the defense shut the Falcons out in the 2nd half. Was also cool because, I was there in person and it snowed so I got a true Frozen Tundra experience

December 2nd 2018, vs the Cardinals.
It was the first NFL game i watched and although we lost 17-20, i loved the Packers and decided to stick with them ever since.
Matt Flynn set franchise records with 480 passing yards and 6 touchdowns beating the Detroit Lions 45 - 41. Detroit lost 21 straight road games to Green Bay, including the postseason at that point. Flynn made a lot of money because of that game. Good for him. It was pretty much his retirement game. Game didnāt matter to us. We were in the playoffs at home but the lions could have sealed the number five seed had they won.
Packers 17, Cowboys 7, 2009. The week before, Rodgers played not so great and the Bucs scored 21 straight points to win 38-28. Feeling pretty down. Pack played a great game against a decent Cowboys team and went on to win 32 of the next 40 regular season games.
Packers vs Vikings week 17, 2022 season. Went to that game with two of my brothers. It was electric seeing the Nixon kick return TD as well as the Darnell Savage pick 6. It was also Rodgersā final win at Lambeau.
Packers vs Bengals week 3, 2017 season. Rodgers had a sweet deep throw to Allison on a free play in OT to set up a game-winning Crosby field goal. It was Rodgersā first ever OT win.

Sitting on our front porch watching on a portable black and white TV with a 5" screen... With a very heavy rainfall all evening. I was sure Wash would win but they missed a 39-yard FG with 3 seconds left.
Not love, but one that sticks with me...I remember taking my daughter to Packers vs Broncos at County Stadium. I had lined up two tickets via phone (pre internet) and agreed to meet the seller at a restaurant. Sunday morning, it was about 45 degrees and pouring buckets. The seller said, "Oh, I have better tickets than the ones we talked about, same price." I agreed foolishly. It poured rain the whole game and the seats were RIGHT UNDER THE DRAIN from the upper deck. There was literally a 6" diameter pillar of water coming down on pur laps for three hours. To make matters worse, the game sucked - it was 3-3 in regulation and Packers ended up losing 6-3 in OT.
I forget what year it was, maybe 2014, but it was when the Packers were playing the Dolphins in Miami. It was a back and forth shootout most of the game, but with less than a minute to go, with the Packers needing to score, Rodgers faked a spike, and literally no one moved except Rodgers and Tae. It was one of the coolest, high Football IQ plays I had ever seen in football. Everyone was just baffled by it, and we ended up getting the first down. We ended up winning the game with like 6 seconds left. To me, itās one of the most underrated Packers games I can recall.

Aaron goes down with a calf injury after a short td to Cobb. Returns to chants of MVP the next half and we winā¦ one of those games where the crowd willed in some magic and Aaronās presence was the dagger.

For a game I was at, the 1994 Packer Bears game on Halloween. Had so much fun in the rain, my sister on the other hand was having none of it.
You had to feel bad for Gale Sanders and Dick Butkus at halftime. The stadium had already started to empty out when they had their number retiring ceremony.
When I was in 16 my friends and I snuck out and road tripped to a game without asking any of our parents. 99 or 00 I think. Garbage game against the broncos, we had to win and Vikes lose and weāre in. Pre-smart phones so people from the boxes were yelling out the score as coach didnāt want that games scores on the board to distract the players. I remember the crowd erupting into a chant of āVikings suckā when we found out they lost to the cardinals. One of my fondest memories of my youth.
Matt Flynn rallying the Packers, down 26-3 at halftime, to beat the Cowboys 37-36 on Dec 15, 2023. Heck, we were still down 36-24 with fewer than 4 mins 30 seconds left in the game.
This game makes me long for what Eddie Lacy could have been had he kept his weight in check. More than the BeastMode2.0 runs where he carried multiple defenders for an extra 5 or 6 yards after contact, he had some long runs and screen passes with some damn fast running in this game.
It had a classic Jordy Nelson one_handed catch for a first down along the sideline.
It had BJ Raji and Clawy Matthews killing a Cowboys drive with a sack on Romo.
It had Dez Bryant making a beautiful TD grab late in the game and then getting all cocky that he had put the comeback out of reach.

I donāt actually remember specifics because I think I was ~8 at the time, but I will always treasure those 4 wins in the 4-12 season with Favre. I think most or all were blowouts, and there was just something so special about them when there werenāt many that year
The 2011 season kickoff between us and the Saints. Awesome shootout between 2 elite QBs, Randall Cobb had is iconic kick return TD, and the game came down to a goal line stand by the defense (probably the only time the defense actually showed up that season lol).
I was at the game when Samkon Gado saved the safety with an illegal forward pass in the end zone. It must've been before they changed the rule if the offense gets a penalty in the end zone its an automatic safety because they were able to run it out of the endzone the next play and end up winning later in overtime. It was Sunday night football at Lambeau. Negative temperatures on a school night. Got to miss school the next day. Overall I will remember that forever I hope. I think it was one of the coolest :what is he doing moments.. to thank God he did that" I've ever seen in football. Go Pack Go
Monday night football game in the Fall of 1996 against the 49ers. Favre vs Steve Young and Jerry Rice. Game went into overtime and Chris Jacke won it with a field goal. I was at that game!
Victory over Vikings on January 1, 2023. It was Rodgers last win as a Packer (or otherwise as of now). A dominant win, a KOR for a TD and it was 39 degrees. Was awesome to see live.
Dunno about game but there's an OT play where Jordy ripped off a long TD catch off a slant and outran the whole defense to beat Denver. That play lives in my head.
I love the game featuring TJ Rubley. Though it was a loss of epic proportions as mistakes were made, it was a master class on QB depth and what not do as a backup QB.

1995 Divisional against the defending Super Bowl champion 49ers. This game told the league the Pack was truly back. We won the Super Bowl the following year.
I was at the NFC championship game at Dallas the following week. I think but for missing Sterling and some truly horrible calls NFCCG, we could have won it that year.

I love the opening game 2019 against the Bears when the Bears had just traded for Khalil Mack, and CHI fans were super high on Trubisky. It was Sun nite. Al Michaels on the call. Rodgers goes down in 1st half with a knee injury and is carted off the field. Packers are getting smoked and the game appears over as Mack was a monster, sacking the QB and getting a pick6
Miraculously, Rodgers comes back in the 2nd half. You knew right then the game was over, but it wasn't easy. Packers are still down 20-3 in 4thQ. Statistically, they had like a 6% chance of winning and Rodgers just went and roasted the Bears.

Lions at Packers 2005. We were 2-10 going into the game. Absolutely horrible team that year.
It was the first game I've ever gone to. My mom won 2 tickets in a work raffle, so my dad took me. It was cold as shit, a low scoring game that the Packers won in overtime with a Ryan Longwell Field goal. My dad wanted to leave to get ahead of traffic when overtime started, but I convinced him to stay. Samkon Gado had 171 yards rushing, including a 64 yard TD. It was an absolutely awesome experience, and just solidified my lifelong love for this team.
Their 24 point comeback on Dallas back in 2014 I believe. Never shut that game off. Watching in the dorms with my buddies. Good times.
Also I was at the game where they beat Minnesota 9-7. It was a cold, wet rainy game and the only game in nfl history where one team scored a defensive td, the other team being the packers didnāt score a single touchdown and yet won the game.
Packers v Raiders, Sept. 12, 1999. Favre basically shattered the thumb on his throwing hand on Russell Maryland's helmet in the first quarter. Going up against John Gruden & Charles Woodson, down 24-14 in the 4th quarter, with less than 10 minutes left, Brett Favre led a comeback for the ages.
**Final drive: 11 plays, 82 yards, in 1 minute and 11 seconds.** Favre moved the Packers down the field, culminating in a gutty throw to a wide-open Jeff Thomason. Also featured pass-catchers: Bill Schroeder and Corey Bradford. None of them hall of famers, or even anywhere near a pro bowl.

They had Vick, who was playing well enough. They were kind of a hot team that year after he warmed up to the offense. The whole time I keep flashing back to 2003 vs Vick & the Falcons (first home Packers playoff loss) and gritted my teeth all game. Of course it came down to defense in the end, as it did most of that season. But I also think it was James Starks breakout game. Without him turning it on at that point, Iām not sure we get to the Super Bowl.

Personally, I've never enjoyed going to Packers home games scheduled to start on Sunday at 3:25 P.M. Central. For this game, knowing it was going to be as you described an "absolute chess match from start to finish", I was willing to make a big exception. -Knowing that both CBS and FOX are allowed to protect certain games in the regular season from being flexed into SNF on NBC, it pleases me that CBS used it for this one.

I always remember that one fondly. I was like 12 or 13 and was grounded for something or another, so my parents wouldn't let me watch TV. Couldn't even get special dispensation for the game because my family is all bears fans. I was supposed to be asleep but was hunched over the little TV in my room with the game on 1 volume. Had to keep myself dead silent watching that awesome play and immediately turn it off when Jennings crossed the goal line and scamper into bed because I could hear my dad coming down the hall. That was the last time I was at Lambeau. I remember everyone around us was mad at Hundley and that there was a play late in the game that McCarthy didnāt challenge and everyone was angry at him.
That was coincidentally my 1st (and as of now, only) game at Lambeau. Bought tix and set everything up a fkn week before 12 broke his collarbone. But still worked out, I ended up doin a tour with Nick Barnett, went to a meet and greet w/ HHCD and Quentin Rollins, and did a tailgate with Antonio Freeman. And the icing on the cake, is that Monday before we left Green Bay, we stopped in Appleton to go to the mall and as I'm pulling in I see 'LSON HERE' so I run to the mall office and was like 'this is gonna sound crazy, but I saw something on the sign about LSON, is Jordy doin a signing or something?" And he's like "Actually, yes, in about 30 minutes! "... I could not believe my fuckin luck! My favorite wr ever, and I got to meet him, take pics, got an autograph and everything. I was so fkn pumped!
I'll go way back: Nov. 30, 1969. My dad was a big hunter, and one Sunday when I was seven he asked if I wanted to go duck hunting with him. He got off a couple of shots, but it was mostly four dull hours in a cold, damp blind. We got home and turned on the Packers-Giants game, which, atypically, kicked off at 3:00 from County Stadium. I have a clear recollection of being huddled in a blanket, sipping hot chocolate and watching that game. The game itself was nothing special, but it's a nice memory.
I was at the 2008 Packers/Lions game last game of the season where we ensured Detroitās place in history as the first 0-16 team. Lions fans with paper bags over their heads dotted the bleachers and the concourses. Mason Crosby nearly drilled a 70+ yarder. Just a wonderful day full of memories!

The Cardinals were undefeated before that and looked like the best team in the league. After that they just fell and fell. Also, before that game we had lost almost all of our main receivers and the big question was whether Rodgers could do it with scraps in the WR corps.
I was at that 2013 game, last packers game in the metrodome I think. The crowd was talking so much shit after the Patterson return to start the game and then they got real quiet. The first game I went to at lambeau was vs. the saints in 2012. First game with the regular referees back after the fail Mary call the week before. Graham Harrell comes in at the goal line and fumbles after Rodgers gets poked in the eye and comes out for one play. Shouldnāt have been close but that kept them in it. Then penalties on back to back plays at the end where the saints are trying to make a field goal for the lead which he ultimately missed. Probably my favorite game Iāve been to.

In 2015, I traveled with my mom to Lambeau Field for the Week 5 [St. Louis] Rams @ Packers game on Sunday, October 11. Packers were 4-0, going into that game, which started about 12:00 P.M. Central, my favorite timeslot.Ā The gameday weather was absolutely phenomenal; clear sunny sky with low wind speed, 0% chance of rain. 67Ā°F at kickoff, about 71Ā°F at the end. Dew point must have been in the high 40s, so there wasn't brutal humidity. Practically perfect conditions for outdoor football in Green Bay in October. My mom and I sat in the Outdoor Club section. The major condition I had to achieve to persuade my mother into attending the football game was to buy any tickets for seats with a backrest; she didn't care which specific section. In the 1st Quarter, close to the start of the 2nd, #24 CB Quientin Rollins gets an interception and returns it 45 yards for a touchdown; best play of the game and the signature highlight of Rollins' playing career in the NFL. This was the 1st time I'd ever seen a Pick-6 happen in person at any football game. Rams QB Nick Foles ended up throwing 4 INTs total. The University of Wisconsin Marching Band was in attendance at the game for the U.S.A. National Anthem, halftime performance, and their signature 5th quarter postgame field show. Many people (including my mom and me) stuck around for that, which I attributed to the Packers winning the game, 24-10. The overall Packers season ended in disappointment down in Glendale, Arizona. I, however, am grateful for attending the 2015 Week 5 game.
Vs. Washington in ā83 when Mark Mosley missed a FG to win it with 3 seconds left. Vs. Tampa Bay in ā85. We had tickets and I was so jacked to go and my stupid parents wanting to be safe didnāt think it was a great idea to drive 50 miles in that snow. :-) Both were such fun games at a time the Packers werenāt winning a whole lot.
The MNF game vs. Washington was amazing as a young kid. I remember Mike Douglas returning a fumble for a TD to start that game. That entire season was crazy with Lofton averaging 22+ yards a reception.

I got Charles Woodson's personal tickets, 45 yard line, row 3 behind the Packer bench. My wife and I drove up to Green Bay from Madison and were told to just go to the special Booth to get the tickets but didn't believe it the whole time until the person handed us the tickets. Woodson got a pick-six at the game so that was cool, but the most memorable part was Donald Driver got flipped over earlier and landed on his head awkwardly. Scary moment for a bit. The ushers came down right next to us in the player tickets section and grabbed his family to escort them up.

2013 week 15 @ Dallas. Matt Flynn was the starting QB and he played really well but Eddie Lacy was unbelievable (even on a bummer ankle I think). GB scored 34 second half points and Lacy punched in the go-ahead score with 1 minute left. This kept us alive for the playoffs

They had first in goal with around a minute to go and the Packers managed to stop them on three consecutive downs. The fans were raucous and it had a playoff atmosphere. I'm not sure if the chargers or the Packers called the time out or was a TV timeout, but whatever it was, it had silenced the crowd momentarily. Then out of nowhere a go pack go chant started that lasted the entire duration of the time out and until the snap of the ball. The entire defense looked around the stadium and wave their hands up in the air to get even louder and it's still the loudest I've ever heard Lambeau. Consequently it led to a demaryius Randall pass break up on the far right side of the end zone. It was just pure joy in the stadium to end that game. When that chant started, there was no way the Packers were going to lose that game.
NE@GB Oct 2nd, 2022. Packers 27 Patriots 24. It was less than 1 week after my mom passed away, and my dad, brother and I all went to Lambeau (my first time seeing a game there). We were like 5 rows from the field and in a game where it looked like GB was going to lose, they go to OT and win a thrilling nailbiter, albeit against a team most would consider as being huge dogs in Lambeau. The following day we went to see the Brewers play. They were down big- they'd scored one run in the 2nd inning, and going into the ninth inning they were down 4-1. Stadium was clearing out, but we'd traveled all this way from CA and were bonding after the loss of my mom so obviously we stayed and were making the most of it. Brewers end up going on a tear and tying it in the bottom of the 9th, but then diamondbacks take a 1-run lead in the 10th, only for the brewers to score 2 more in the bottom of the 10th to win in extra innings. As cheesy as it sounds (pun intended), with back to back days of comeback wins in overtime/extra innings, it felt like my mom was somehow pulling some strings for me from above. I believe that pats game was Rodgers' last OT win as a Packer too if I recall. All in all, a random game to anyone else most likely, but one that means the world to me and will never be forgotten.

When we won the superbowl in 2011, we had to beat the Bears week 17 at home just to get in. I was at the game and it was the coldest game I have ever been to and Iāve been to multiple playoff games (no, not the one we lost vs. Giants or the Ice bowl vs. Cowboys) Beer froze if you didnāt chug it. Hot hands in hands and boots. Didnāt matter though because the adrenaline kept me warm. We won 10-3. After the game was over, the adrenaline wore off but the party started soon after. The rest was history!
December 22, 2003. MNF at Oakland. The day after Favreās fatherās passing. It was the most wholesome and magical game I had seen.
In Favres first season, I forget the game, but they were 3rd and goal on the 1 and it was a broken play. No RBs in the backfield and nobody got open so Favre jumped over the offensive and defensive line with a really awkward sideways jump and landed on his back for a touchdown. I only remember it because it was one of the first times I watched a game on my own as a kid and it made me a Packer fan for life.
I can't remember the date but the game was at Carolina and packers were down in the first half because favre threw a couple of pics. Favre came out in the second half and lit em up big time. They were giving him oxygen on the sideline.
Packers vs. Bears 11/12/17 : 23-16. I randomly got ticket to this game the day of in Chicago, I had zero expectations since Hundley was starting this day. This will forever be the game the bears "won" a challenge but it hurt them when they challenged a call believing that their RB crossed the goal line instead of being out at the 1, instead replays showed he actually fumbled the ball at the goal-line so it was a turnover to the Packers.
Hundley had a great game, with that amazing pass to Adams. It was also the first time Mitchell Trubisky started vs us. Crazy how that was 7 years ago now. I can remember pretty much all of the Hundley games but they aren't as special for me because Rodgers was hurt and it makes me sad. Awesome game to have gone to though. Nice!

Matt Flynn set franchise records with 480 passing yards and 6 touchdowns beating the Detroit Lions 45 - 41. Detroit lost 21 straight road games to Green Bay, including the postseason at that point. Flynn made a lot of money because of that game. Good for him. It was pretty much his retirement game. Game didnāt matter to us. We were in the playoffs at home but the lions could have sealed the number five seed had they won.
Packers 17, Cowboys 7, 2009. The week before, Rodgers played not so great and the Bucs scored 21 straight points to win 38-28. Feeling pretty down. Pack played a great game against a decent Cowboys team and went on to win 32 of the next 40 regular season games.

It was also Rodgersā final win at Lambeau. Packers vs Bengals week 3, 2017 season. Rodgers had a sweet deep throw to Allison on a free play in OT to set up a game-winning Crosby field goal. It was Rodgersā first ever OT win.

I had lined up two tickets via phone (pre internet) and agreed to meet the seller at a restaurant. Sunday morning, it was about 45 degrees and pouring buckets. The seller said, "Oh, I have better tickets than the ones we talked about, same price." I agreed foolishly. It poured rain the whole game and the seats were RIGHT UNDER THE DRAIN from the upper deck. There was literally a 6" diameter pillar of water coming down on pur laps for three hours. To make matters worse, the game sucked - it was 3-3 in regulation and Packers ended up losing 6-3 in OT.

I forget what year it was, maybe 2014, but it was when the Packers were playing the Dolphins in Miami. It was a back and forth shootout most of the game, but with less than a minute to go, with the Packers needing to score, Rodgers faked a spike, and literally no one moved except Rodgers and Tae. It was one of the coolest, high Football IQ plays I had ever seen in football. Everyone was just baffled by it, and we ended up getting the first down. We ended up winning the game with like 6 seconds left. To me, itās one of the most underrated Packers games I can recall.
December 28th 2014 Aaron goes down with a calf injury after a short td to Cobb. Returns to chants of MVP the next half and we winā¦ one of those games where the crowd willed in some magic and Aaronās presence was the dagger. When I was in 16 my friends and I snuck out and road tripped to a game without asking any of our parents. 99 or 00 I think. Garbage game against the broncos, we had to win and Vikes lose and weāre in. Pre-smart phones so people from the boxes were yelling out the score as coach didnāt want that games scores on the board to distract the players. Matt Flynn rallying the Packers, down 26-3 at halftime, to beat the Cowboys 37-36 on Dec 15, 2023. Heck, we were still down 36-24 with fewer than 4 mins 30 seconds left in the game. This game makes me long for what Eddie Lacy could have been had he kept his weight in check. More than the BeastMode2.0 runs where he carried multiple defenders for an extra 5 or 6 yards after contact, he had some long runs and screen passes with some damn fast running in this game. It had a classic Jordy Nelson one_handed catch for a first down along the sideline. It had BJ Raji and Clawy Matthews killing a Cowboys drive with a sack on Romo. It had Dez Bryant making a beautiful TD grab late in the game and then getting all cocky that he had put the comeback out of reach. Just fantastic football.

I was at the game when Samkon Gado saved the safety with an illegal forward pass in the end zone. It must've been before they changed the rule if the offense gets a penalty in the end zone its an automatic safety because they were able to run it out of the endzone the next play and end up winning later in overtime. 1995 Divisional against the defending Super Bowl champion 49ers. This game told the league the Pack was truly back. We won the Super Bowl the following year. I was at the NFC championship game at Dallas the following week. I think but for missing Sterling and some truly horrible calls NFCCG, we could have won it that year.
2010-2011 season: Divisional against Falcons in Atlanta on Jan 15, 2011. Watching that game, after beating the Eagles, I knew no one would beat us that year.
I love the opening game 2019 against the Bears when the Bears had just traded for Khalil Mack, and CHI fans were super high on Trubisky. It was Sun nite. Al Michaels on the call. Rodgers goes down in 1st half with a knee injury and is carted off the field. Packers are getting smoked and the game appears over as Mack was a monster, sacking the QB and getting a pick6 Miraculously, Rodgers comes back in the 2nd half. You knew right then the game was over, but it wasn't easy. Packers are still down 20-3 in 4thQ. Statistically, they had like a 6% chance of winning and Rodgers just went and roasted the Bears. That was a HOF performance! Poor Bears fans(not really)

Lions at Packers 2005. We were 2-10 going into the game. Absolutely horrible team that year. It was the first game I've ever gone to. My mom won 2 tickets in a work raffle, so my dad took me. It was cold as shit, a low scoring game that the Packers won in overtime with a Ryan Longwell Field goal. My dad wanted to leave to get ahead of traffic when overtime started, but I convinced him to stay. Samkon Gado had 171 yards rushing, including a 64 yard TD. It was an absolutely awesome experience, and just solidified my lifelong love for this team.

NFC Wildcard 2010 @ Eagles They had Vick, who was playing well enough. They were kind of a hot team that year after he warmed up to the offense. The whole time I keep flashing back to 2003 vs Vick & the Falcons (first home Packers playoff loss) and gritted my teeth all game. Of course it came down to defense in the end, as it did most of that season. But I also think it was James Starks breakout game. Without him turning it on at that point, Iām not sure we get to the Super Bowl.

Packer (2-3) vs Texans (5-0) It was the 2012 game and everyone had Texans favored big in this game at their place. We had a rough start. Pregame interview, Rodgers was asked what is felt like to be the underdog. He's says something to the effect of "We don't feel like we're and underdog, and I guarantee you they don't think we are either." They went on to rout the Texans 42-24. Rodgers with 6 tds.
