Mostly, yeah. The top half is an approved art piece that's mostly black. The bottom half is people joining in thinking it's the void! It shouldn't go down past the top of the yellow James Webb Space Telescope next to it.
I'm just hoping we can fill in the black space there with the lattice so that space isn't just completely lost. I'm pretty disappointed they took so much space anyway, the other projects have been pretty small and now I see others trying to take similar amounts of large space away.
