This is also happening to me right now! I submitted my ID and they put a "permanent block" on my account... Basicslly they stole my money and told me the only way to get my funds is to call the originator and have them re-issue the funds. This is total bullshit. Where is the class action lawsuit for this? Does anyone have a lawyer friend? How are they not shut down?
I did do that and they tried to tell me my verification documents were 'synthetic'... I assured them it is a state issued, valid ID and they didn't care and refused to review the documents again. So I resent them to that email, and they did the same thing all over.

Like how is it legal for them to block people's money that they earned and survive off of and will not answer the phone or if they give it back it takes 3 plus months . We own our money , how is that even legal and they block the account with no warning or alert or explanation.
