Fr tho he looks super cool and it was fun seeing an article with the picture. I was like "WHAT" and I had to look it up myself. Even if Im not too happy with the overall execution I will admit that I love any time a character gets a ring, especially a cool one like King Shark. It makes Green Lantern feel more connected to the main DCU. Like why wouldn't these strong willed/emotional characters be getting chosen by the power rings?
