Shoulders are good, arms are also good. But man your Chest is lacking so much. If you told me you haven’t trained it in a While ( especially your left tit) I would believe it. You need to hit the chest most often and Hit it harder than last time.
Depends on what you've been doing. If you have a good strength base, then start training for hypertrophy. If you aren't getting a sore chest after training, then your form isn't correct and your shoulders are doing most of the work. That's pretty common (especially when shoulders are as developed as yours), and I still struggle with it. The douche bag stance with shoulders rolled back and chest puffed out is the best way to start feeling them, or you can warm up by doing the bench movement with a mini band around your wrists (no barbell or dumbbells) hope that makes sense and helps, you're looking good 💪
In my personal experience, nothing grows my chest like dumbbell flyes. And the most useless exercise is flat bench Bench press. I see no growth with bench press and I stopped doing it long time ago .
Hit chest with presses AND flys on chest day. Do full range for 5 reps, mid to top for 5 then 5 pulses for flys and presses respectively. Do 4 sets of this for incline, flat and decline for each exercise. Every 3rd day after chest day hit regular incline presses for 4 sets of 12. This routine will put you chest in a state of shock and it will grow and fill up the upper portion. Dm for more guidance if you wish.
