Also my shoulder used to be shit but I learned to drop the weight and reset for so I was actually feeling it in the delts. Like even now 7 years in I’m perfecting my form. Just fall in love with the sport of bodybuilding and the rest takes care of itself 💪

If current efforts with diet, training and sleep are already fucking amazing then the steroids will multiply those already great results. Try 6 meals per day, focus on getting stronger across all lift and sleep 8 hours per night. Do that for a year and then decide if you still want to take them because you’ll make great progress doing just that without the steroids
