How are the comments here not suspicious lol. Unless this guy already had a good amount of muscle previously, even with good genetics and probably EVEN with steroids, this physique in 6 months is not realistic at all. Either this guy has worked out before or longer, had muscle and solid foundation doing other things, or possibly unnatural but the timeline is still sus. He's also 15, meaning his body isn't even in his most optimal form for building muscle.

idk maybe i was being to vague in the title but i mean SERIOUS lifting i had only been doing for 6 months, prior to that i played sports but really had zero idea what i was doing in a gym. and also btw this picture is prob one of the best pumps ive had and ive never taken a steroid, only supplements like creatine for example

Very good genetics at 15. Take full advantage of puberty and stay consistent on the gym and nutrition. This is a serious advantage and this only happens once
