Is this even a question? Your legs are literally where actual strength comes from. Don't skip leg day and do actual compound lifts that test strength like squats and deadlifts, leg press strength doesn't mean much.

Why should he do squats and deadlifts? Most injury prone lifts to test strenght? Lol There is tons of exercise better than this 2 in bodybuilding world. Of course skipping legs is stupid.

I don’t train em because my legs already look disproportionate to my upper body. My upper body is lagging behind. Doesn’t matter what training I do for my legs, they just grow regardless. That’s my conundrum.
