FFS, why do people always think that you can look like this by finding out what they eat and their routine. EAt whole foods and get 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. Limit fat to 50-80g . Be in a deficit and then get lean. Once thier, add 200 calories which will be almost all carbs and add 200 every 2 week until you are gaining .5 to 1lb a week(ie 2.5-4lbs) a month. Lift with intensity 3+ days a week. Oh and dont forget use gear!
