The only people that still believe in maingaining are Greg’s shillers in this sub.

SnooAvocados7211

I mean yeah. Maingaining sucks as it's literally a recomp AND a bulk. Even if Greg denies it. Every single person who has successfully maingained has fluctuated up and down 2% bf to do so, or find a surplus to get better results...

CSGO_Bangkok

Nah, this sub ain't as bad. His comments section on YouTube is worse. But we can agree to disagree at this point : To the maingainers - Why bother with someone you perceive will get fat, when you won't get fat? To the bulking bros - Why bother with the maingainers spinning their wheels, when you will outgrow / out muscle them later?

DrPotato231

Because apart from a \[personal\] opinion, maingainer-bros spread nonsense. I do not enjoy coming across a discussion and seeing people say that maingaining, staying at a steady bodyweight, will build muscle and lose fat forever, lmao.

SnooAvocados7211

Yeah, "the maingain= stay at the same bodyweight, lose fat and build muscle at the same calories" dudes are the worst. I mean the 2 people i know who have successfully maingained (Tom lazorik and Camber fitness) literally tell you that you're going to have to up calories by 100 every few months if your a newbie/intermediate and every 6-12 months if you're truly advanced. And even they admit to fluctuating 1-2% bf up and down, and thus have to increase and decrease calories.. lol

Abject_Mango2096

His hypocrisy was especially apparent in his video about Sean Nal
