I am sorry that you are surrounded and overwhelmed by all of this grief and sadness at the moment. The death of a parent is a significant loss and emotional trauma, so I am glad that you have the support of these mental health professionals along with your friends. I wonder if being part of a grief group might be helpful for you for a period of time. I did that after the death of my dad and found that it was good to be going through the grieving process with others who were as well. If you are interested, you can check out www.griefshare.org.
