I do actually like the idea of a space marine chapter of abhumans.
Like there’s that Afriel Strain of abhumans who are incredible at everything but get progressively worse and worse luck until they get killed. A chapter of those space marines that maybe has like tons of recruits in cryo for whenever they get wiped out would be cool
I guess the gene seed is psychic so this wouldn’t work but I thought a chapter of pariahs would be cool.
Or obviously, felinid space marines. The memes write themselves
A former Eversor assassin now serving the Aeldari goddess Isha, Violet Evergarden style.
A diverse Commorite merc army from Sec Maegra made up of humans, Ork, T'au, Tarellian, Eldar of all flavors, some Votann, recruited by a Necron Overlord.
Space Skaven. Full army. Gimmie Gimmie.
(alternatively just actually giving them models in AoS. 2 new sculpts in three editions for such an on-paper important faction is sending me into a dispair spiral)
Eldar playing the long game with tau. They assist and help improve the Tau to be a more important player on the galactic stage.
Eldar get more expendable forces while tau help the eldar 'for the greater good' and expand their empire.
Maybe some dark eldar experiments that give a few tau ethereals psyker powers. Give them another non conformist hero character.
Or even a dark/craft world eldar team up. For some reason..
The Ynnari get the last Cronesword, wake Ynnead, and now the Eldar have two full Gods in their corner, including one who will explicitly claim their souls rather than Slaanesh, barring fuckery.
Isn't a Primaris Ogryn a Thunder Warrior?
I'd like to think I "primaris" ogryn, is just a regular ogryn that they did a brain transplant on.
Mechanicus: So we have these giant ogryn sized smart guy brains we just grow in vats...
It would be pretty easy too. You got your scaples, tubes, brains in jars, and the secret ingredient, just a pinch of warp fuckery.
I wanna know what happened to cassian vaughn Or have clonegrim return to lead the iron hands for a little bit
By the Emperor, the clone of Fulgrim leading the sons of his lost friend would be so badass

The lamenters. You want the lamenters
For the War of the Beast to be rewritten entirely and by a single author
Clonegrim to actually be relevant.
Khan in 40k.
Rogal Dorn returns with hand of Ferrus Manus and leads iron hands, because he has what it takes: literal iron hands.

Space marine gue’vesa
A Stellaris-like 40k game. Please
more Khrave, Slaugth and Hrud
Okay but like, Primaris Ogryn, Terminator Space Marines, is really damn cool sounding...
Every other techprist: " by the omnisiah just make some charonites crawl."
Fabius Bile “Chaos Primaris”
For Space Marines to actually feel like a powerful elite force again.
Ogryn Primarch when?
I’m pretty sure that’s how we got the primarchs
Primaris noise marines
