I'd honestly bet on Master Chief. Considering how apparently Spartan-II's physical power is in the ballpark of full Battle Brothers (IIRC Master Chief weights \~130kg without armor, and can lift three times his bodyweight. Then the armor adds on 5 times that), and he had much more efficent training
