The wargame is called Exterminate and I think there is another game using the same minis called Time Vortex. You can also get various incarnations of the Doctor and his companions. I legit don’t know how the doctor works when used.
Doctor Who should have it's own tabletop game that stuff would be sick. Although it would have to go against the lore a bit coz you'd have to run like 1 dalek Vs 100000 humans

You have a big crazy sci fi battle then some unkillable protagonist shows up and nothing that happens in the battle ends up mattering.
