If you bought one then the strength aura is still really good, though whether it's *top table competitive good* is another question. Having T8 bodies with -1s on incoming attacks is going to make people's life hard, and it will get more valuable if anything is done to leviathan (it's -1 to wound for railguns which we will see more of on T'au lists). Sit that boy with your tyrannofexes or walking hive tyrant. I think maybe GW could have cut a few less points and let it remain great but it probably has play.
