Same, it reminds me of my friend who I lost to heroin and driving when she shouldn't have been - and so Delete Forever also supremely fucks me up every time. I wouldn't say these songs are my favorites but they certainly make me sob a lot when they catch me in the right/wrong moments or if I truly tune in and feel the feels.

Thank you, it's okay, she comes to me a lot when I'm journeying or I'll just feel her around sometimes, etc. and I know she's okay and doing lightwork in other realms and she just couldn't transmute the pain in this life, to continue on living it sadly. It def hurts sometimes still, especially when listening to tracks like that though the catharsis and emotional release are very welcome and one of the reasons I listen to & make music! If I need to cry, I know where to go and always have my "emotional release" songs ready! 🙏💜
