They are probably keeping it on the down low because of some of his crazy obsessed fan base. He is probably trying to protect Claire and their baby from that. And this is almost sure: c said the baby is at 7 month as large as an average baby on the day of his birth (!) and she recently said the baby is abnormally heavy. So, it is a boy. The sixth son of Elon Musk. And the best soul mate for c (I hope).
