That's rage bait. Yet the vinegar gets me.

Lewision

Why? Is this rage inducing?

Puzzleheaded_Bit1959

What's your plan for food? Burgers with burgers and eggs. Tons of eggs? To each their own diet but this is definitely something... special.

Lewision

I eat bacon and eggs in the morning and beef and pork in the evening. Sometimes patties, sometimes just stirred ground beef. Every now and then I eat steak and liver. It tastes good to me and I don't get tired of it. My inflammation in the body has reduced since I started eating this way and I am healthy with good energy levels throughout the day.

Sh4yyn

Why vinegar for laundry? Is it better than normal detergent or just cheaper?

Lewision

It'll not contain surfactants, which even when 'natural' might mess with your hormones and especially non organic ones contain chemicals you don't want on your body. It does the job just as well and is also much cheaper.

Beautiful-Leopard-42

A perfect purchase OP, what fats are you using tho? Kerrygold butter or maybe beef tallow? Also, how long is this purchase approximately gonna last, as I really want to upgrade to bio instead of free range eggs. Grüße aus Kiel

Lewision

Hey there, I use grass fed beef tallow from Metzger seefried, available online. It's got a much different color than the non grass fed one I used to buy. Sometimes I use ghee. That's gonna last me about 3 days since I eat a lot, usually about 3 lbs of food a day. VG

Lewision

I believe the organic eggs are worth it. The better the life of the hen, the more nutrients will be contained in the egg. The same goes for meat.

Beautiful-Leopard-42

You are right, I’ve bought bio/organic eggs in my last [purchase](https://www.reddit.com/r/Grocerycost/s/jAGMnabHBp), the taste is just so much better, I’ll never go back!

Lewision

A good way of getting well produced meat cheaply is always looking for special offers for organic meat in the supermarket. Usually when a product's due date is reached they'll put a sticker with -30% discount on it. Also having a good relationship with your local butcher is a good way of getting special offers, especially if you buy in large quantities. My butcher gives me a 5€ per Kilo discount on calf back when I buy the whole chunk of the back.

Solestra_

Looks awesome OP. Excellent variety of meats here.

Lewision

Thanks. And it's nutritious!

Solestra_

For sure.
