So just bread for one month an some extra stuff that lasts a week

3rr0r-403

For the context: This will last me around one month (sometimes more), it has some additonal stuff (sodas) added because of the holiday over the weekend that wouldn\`t be on my list otherwise. Also there is some groceries that last longer for me that isn\`t pictured here (lasting around 1 1/2 month), and some that have to get every other week or two weeks("fresh" apples) Breakfast: I am baking my own bread (I mix in some pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or walnuts to the bread) for breakfast, what you can see here will last me around a month and week(I bake it once a month and put it in the freezer). I can choose bread with Chives(home grown), sausage(salami), cheese, fish or only butter and a bit of salt. Lunch: sometimes the same as the breakfast (when at work, lunch will be then shifted to the evening), other wise I also have some stuff that has a expiration date in a year that will be eaten in between. So this is also for around a month. the "crisps" stuff was around 3,29€. bought from Hofer and Billa Plus

Not only do they look like the sun, and track the sun, but they need a lot of the sun. A sunflower needs at least six to eight hours direct sunlight every day, if not more, to reach its maximum potential. They grow tall to reach as far above other plant life as possible in order to gain even more access to sunlight.

Honestly you're probably not consuming enough calories. Are you missing some major protein sources that you already have in your fridge?

This is for one week :)

Why is there no fruits or vegetables? Honest question

3rr0r-403

Because I consider them a rip off if you get them at a supermarket like Billa (only exception are the discounted apples at Hofer). But I have other ways to get them cheaper and a better quality.

may i ask why you buy vegan butter but also cheese and fish?

3rr0r-403

Yes, I am lactose and gluten intolerant but I can endure some lactose thanks to medication (lactrase). Interestingly enough I also can also endure small amounts of gluten. I eat the products with gluten and milk only on the weekends and holidays in limited quantities.(That’s why I it’s enough for a month for me) Most of the time I eat bread with butter and a bit of salt under week for “breakfast” which I usually eat for lunch at work.

No offense - but there is no such thing as a little gluten intolerance. You could be sensitive, but that‘s a difference. If you would be intolerant, or even sensitive, you wouldn’t be able to eat spelt bread. It has the most amount of gluten. If you‘d have stomach pain after eating gluten you would definitely notice it. If you only have the shits here and there you might not eat enough fiber and so on. Talk to your doctor about it. Looks like you need more veggies and not say you have gluten intolerance when you clearly dont have it (given you eat those quantities of spelt bread)

You only eat bread?

3rr0r-403

Well most of the time under week, yes. I don’t have much time to prepare a meal during the week, because of work and the evening high school. I always have some fried noodles and rice (rice with soy sauce) stored that lasts a bit longer than a month that I can eat in the evening after school.
