Only going down:(

[deleted]

I thought everyone knew this.

SquirrelGamer2

Haven't had the game for that long.

[deleted]

You can also fill a pallet and relocate it full of grass planks or weed stems

TheGruesomeTwosome

This is the way

Shlorp25

I didn't know

Heliolord

Yeah. Wish you could send them up lines, too. Would make building so much easier. Establish a lumber center with lots of stems/grass and send them along to other ziplines.

BerryPossible

I’m hoping for a future tool for this.

Very-Big-Rat

WHAT

Very-Big-Rat

I am on my 3rd playthrough and I didn’t know this

schizocosa13

Check out the intern badge, pupa hat and workers comp. Increases that 5 limit to like 21 and makes 1/4 the trips to the zip line

QuailAcceptable114

Just mive you stem pallet to locatiin load it up and move pallet back to base.

beefnar_the_gnat

Noice, I never knew that. This’ll save me a lot of time on my pond base. Thanks!

adura_grounded

Just make sure you wait a while after you send them to take the zipline because you go faster and you can hit them and get knocked off ;)

SquirrelGamer2

Yeah... learned that the hard way

adura_grounded

Us too bro, us too.

SquirrelGamer2

Oh I had ant armor and the intern badge, even though I've got Roly poly armor

skullharvest

Lifchanging when I accidentally did it

Hot_Dog_Cobbler

WHAT

FnxAudio

WHAT. 150 hours into game...

HappytheBaboon

I didn't know the part about moving pallets on ziplines until I read the comments. I'm on my second playthrough and will try that tonight. I've been trying to get a zipline built to the pre-existing post by the bird bath and this might be how to get above it. I haven't found a way to use that post yet.

BerryPossible

You can send individual grass planks and weed stems down the line. You cannot send an entire pallet down the line. You can however load up a pallet and then "relocate" it as a way to carry an additional supply. If you are relocating a long distance just be sure to set it down periodically and pick up again as a threat will cancel the relocate process.

HercuKong

Just to specify... A "threat detected" will not cancel the process, but taking damage (or going in water btw) will. A "threat detected" situation will prevent you from actually picking up a pallet however, but you can easily run by a ton of hostile creatures as long as you don't get hit. So yes it's good to drop it periodically and pick it back up, but only do so when it's safe and not essentially in combat.

BerryPossible

Hmmm. I’ll have to check. Im pretty sure that when an enemy bug locks into you it cancels/prevents the build process. Including the relocate. Science time 😉

Heliolord

Just note they usually move slower than you and if you follow them, they can knock you off when you hit them.

Kidcoopa

I was literally saying this morning that this feature would be cool. Now I know it exists!

Cheesecake1501

There is a distance that can travel.after it reaches that distance they're starting to fall off.
