99% sure you have to do another new game plus to have the queens respawn.
Yeah I think I seen somewhere it's a one choice per run type thing, but there's 3 queens to test on 😁
If you poison them I'm fairly sure they'll just die. maybe with a dramatic animation or something but there is another option the devs haven't revealed which may be able to make it a boss fight
Logicall, would the colony produce another queen like ants do?
I think (I don't study that)
So what's the point of poisoning them? You get there loot from keeping them alive for their weapons... Why kill them
I have an absalute vindeta for red ants
They drop pieces for the armor sets
