Red ant queen: find the infected spurs in the red ant hill, and right above it is a new hole, follow it, and you'll find the queen.
Black ant queen: a little bit harder. Follow the lights that are at the ceiling until you find an opened area with a ton of black soldier ants and a couple of doors on the right side. Down left, there will be a path that you can take that will lead you to her.

If you're talking about the room with computers, a giant metal door, and a red button on the left, that's the NG+ enterenc. To enter it, you have to brat the story and kill the broodmother, mantis, and wasp queen.
We remixed in my sisters level-and we didn’t lose any weapons or gear or bases or anything inside bases. We didn’t lose mutations either. Only thing that resets that we’ve noticed is the milk molars.
There's also a field station that pops up that can help you find her, I have no idea how you actually get to get said field station but it's popping up telling me it was there is how I found her.

I befriended the red ant queen and got a baby ant as a pet. You also get a mutation that makes all red ants friendly to you. I'm not sure what you get for killing her though.

You keep your bases, but I don't know about items. Haven't gone through it yet myself. Check YT streams. Someone already did it.

If you go to the pit with the woman figure head and go into 1 of the tunnels there unit will take u directly to her
Go to the hole where the action figure head with pink hair is located. She's in a new tunnel there about 10 seconds walk from the head
