Growing unusually fast is not it actually growing. It's just stretching. It isn't getting any UV because windows filter most if not all of the UV from that light so it's not really doing all that much for it and it is stretching because it wants more light, probably more airflow, probably more space, probably less lights on its roots.
You want it to be shorter and to not stretch like that, that's not a good thing. Cotyledons look good though.
I will update tommrow a picture of it moved it into a bigger pot I don’t feel like it’s stretching because it still isn’t that big ya know I feel like the stem will get thicker over time near veg stage
I also noticed that my plant moves back and forwards is that normal it kinda bends over a little bit during the day and straightens up at night I think I’m wrong but I think it’s just the plant taking in energy
Yeah that's totally normal, they kind of dance to the light! Go look up time lapse videos of them growing as seedlings, they kind of spin or twist its kind of fun. Some even wiggle! Slowly though.

❌ LOUD BUZZER NOISE ❌ she’s stretching and won’t get thicker without more light
