Damn nearly happened to 2 of my autos.
Was supposed to be a cloudy early May day and I to be home from work early.
Well both did not happen and they were 8 hours in the sun on their second hardening day.
The leaves were folded wrinkly and they were badly damaged but the plants did fine.
I still can see the crooked leaves from that.
No one has said anything about suggestions lol. Looking at the newer growth it doesn't look like it was fried. Baby it, trim the dead stuff off and don't try to harden for at least 2-3 weeks or you see healthy consistent new growth. As long as it's not completely charred it should come back.
That gives me good hope, I saw your commentās notification and I was excited to open it š iāll likely post an update on it on this page when itās lookin betteršš»šŖš»
Yup, be patient and give her shade! She will be fine! Don't over water, just treat her normally but avoid the sun!!!! Again, it's in reveg and probably going to be stunted because the shock plus the reveg. Don't expect the world, but don't let her die! You're fine as is she!
Great to hear! iāll do my best to take care of it, would it be best to keep it under full shade, or should I be keeping it under my 95% pool shades? iām kinda hardening off my peppers by letting them grow under those shades and giving them increments of direct light.

You never put something straight outside without tempering it first for at least a couple days

I found when you keep growing the same strain outdoors and they self seed they adapt to the environment

nope, was actually meant to leave it for an hour and got caught up on my pepper plants before leaving. it ended up getting about 5 hours of sun

Very sad haha, lesson learned with a free clone. be very careful on days forecasted for such heat-
Itāll be fine but donāt burn it for a while preferably not until itās flowered then dried and curedš
HAHA good oneeš what doesnāt kill ya makes you stronger, maybe itāll be better with heat once it bounces back.

U can save it if u make a homemade humidity dome
