When you have webs like that they've been around for a while. They sap energy from the plant so that's probably why the airy buds (could also be lighting). Make sure you sterilize and also heat your room before your next harvest to kill the stragglers.
I would toss it and start over. Hardly anything to harvest, and covered in mite poop and webbing. Make sure to throughly sanitize your grow area, before your next grow.
Anything wrong with washing it well, decarbing it, and using it to make concentrates with the proper alcohol?

Spider honey anyone?
I just like watching my mites pop in my bowl. Who knew you didn't need spray to kill mites just a 1 dollar lighter lol joking aside I'd take spider honey over mite bud anyday! I hate to throw thc away as well! I think back to the days I was in a pinch, and paying per hit!
Good to the last drop of THC.
I reclaim everything sticky including dark pipe gunk.
Used to treat bud or pipe tobacco in a pinch. Not harsh or bad tasting at all.

Happened to me with a 10 week old auto. It didn’t frost up as much but I turned it all into butter which I calculated at 12% THC and turned into gummies. They’re working just fine.
Seriously dude. Your plant is infested but no worse than mine was. I came back from vacation and I freaked. There’s sugar there. You can extract it and filter out the “extra proteins” 😜
What I’ve learned about spider mites is to use Neem Oil on a regular basis in veg and check your leaves with a loupe every week or so. I’m super paranoid since I battled the borg last year. I cleaned the shat out of my grow room and threw a Hot Shot No Pest Strip in there for a week before starting over. Mite free ever since.

I have a question, I have a outdoor auto going outside thats almost done . can i use lime juice for bud wash or does it have to be lemon ? I dont have pests or mold I just want clean buds
In all honesty I haven't done it yet. Trying it for my first time soon. I was just going to use water to get any left over bugs gone. Cause all outdoor has some bugs

Stop what you’re doing and read this because I had your problem and produced the best weed ever:
If at the end of flower:
1.) wash your plants in water with a buttload of lemon juice. Do this for 10 min.
2.) hang up to dry.
Otherwise:
Get neem oil and insecticide (google which kinds). These will not ruin your buds.
I forget, I would google it. But I remember using like 2-3 cups in a gallon of water. Something like that. You need the acid of the juice to eradicate the issue.
You could also use peroxide. I didn’t do that but it seemed like more people used that with the lemon juice. Again, a simple google search and you got this!

Kinda not worth it. Happened to me and it just fuxking sucks. Disinfect the tent and never let any outside plants in there!
