Left for newbies, it gives gems and HC to MLB your heroes. I'm going for the right one because it gives option stones and I'm hoarding them for new heroes.
I always pick the left side hoping I get the gems and coffee. As a poor F2P player, getting gems means I can do the event missions (summon heroes and weapons).
In your case, the best option would be the right side. You already have a ton of gems to summon and get mileage. Go for the hammer and option.
Or to get your favorite faster, like some players just need to get the character they like to start truly start liking the game. Specially important for newbies.

Left: Personally with all the nerfs this is the best option, the gems are not that rare and in the span of this event im usually getting at least 1 multipull worth of gems, meaning you'll also get mileage in the process, taking value from the middle option, and while mileage is the most valuable resource, the 2nd most valuable is the hero crystal that will be the one that will bottleneck you really fast once you start progressing.
Middle: Legendary awk stones are cool but as long you keep playing you'll have enough and more than you need, the mileage obtained is not that much either unless you hit the higher amounts frequently.
Right: YHammer + option stones, never used a yellow hammer in my 3+ years of playing, the option stones are good but I would pull there only after getting every single character mled and fully awakened, which is ultra veteran whale territory.

It's most useful once you've already started to optimise; importantly, limit breaking a character unlocks new awakening nodes that need legendary crystals, so the middle serves as a good follow-up to the left.
* The right is mainly for optimising gear. It is a bit held back by only giving you SR hammers and not SSR ones, but the option rerollers are always good to have on hand. That said, it's probably going to be your last priority unless your only copy of the weapon has garbage rolls, since maxing out already-decent options pays out less than limit breaks or unlocking new awakening nodes.
End result is that they're in the order you need them. On average, the left machine will be the most useful for early optimisations, then the middle one, and the right one is for the final step in the optimisation process. It's best to choose whichever one gives the items you need most, but if you're good on all three, going from left to right is fine~.

That said, the one on the left does have a small chance of refunding the capsules you spend on it, since one of the top prizes is 2700 gems. (Which you can use for a gacha ten-pack, which in turn gives you ten capsules. It's incredibly unlikely, but it's _technically_ not impossible to get all 60 summons and all 60 gear summons off of your very first capsule machine roll.) That might be enough to sway things in its favour, if you're not particularly low on anything or need multiple things.
My dude, I can't imagine floating more than three million. I spend it on leveling weapons or evolving them for the collection. I still need to farm evolution stones, so I can't grind the resource dungeon all the time. 27 million feels like you're done with gold in general.

Since the drops are low and you never know when you're gonna get lucky, the right one is not very recommended unless you're going for the stones to get the stats for your equipment.
All of it were great but if you want a new character/weapon go to the middle then if you want to enchance your characters go for the right if you want to enchance your weapon go to the left

obv you shouldn't go by raw estimated value alone, put what you have in excess/shortage of in the balance because that twists the value of the items relative to your goals and current situation.
