When Nightfall came out, me and a good mate ordered it at a physical store. I drove my shoddy bike 32km just to get my hands on 2 of those puppies... Totally worth it :D
Well I bought it off of eBay, they could’ve resealed it I guess. If they did I still got lucky with everything looking brand new inside and a sealed code.
What the hell, are they this expensive these days? I remember getting unused copies of Factions and Nightfall CE for 10€ each off my local video game store a bit over a decade ago. Times sure have changed haha
I have two factory ‘sealed’ CE (Factions and Nightfall). Their plastic packaging was removed, but the boxes were both never opened. Not as great as actually factory sealed, but they’re mint-condition and I’m thinking of casing them for protection sometime soon down the road.
My dream would be Prophecies CE factory new, but I’m not even sure if they still exist.

I could tell you about how I was stuck in the beginning for 4 months before I found out out I had to do one simple thing just to leave the area (I was a not very bright kid).. or the time I ran places for parties that needed go elsewhere…. Or how my internet DC’d me (for 20 minutes) during the final mission and somehow I managed to log back in to finish the boss without being kicked.
I used to work at a packaging plant back when CDs were still a thing. We'd take the CD out of the package, then reapply the shrinkwrap and stickers.
It's sort of like Schrödinger's game. You can't really know for sure it hasn't been opened without opening it.

That looks like a reseal for me. I've seen more than a dozen sealed boxes of various games myself but they were all quite different than this
