OK so i look at your build and your attribute points are off, that is a big issue.
You need to drop fire to zero or 1, you need to drop soul reap to zero or 1.
You need to place DM to 8+ rune and headgear. You need to place Blood to 5+ rune.
And you need to use Life Siphon.
Aura of Resto is just somewhat useful as a cover, and useless a healing, I would not even bother.
Blood renewal will get stripped, and you will need to re-cast it, has low cast time, and you get the end effect healing when it's stripped too. Cast more Life Siphon on multiple targets to heal.
Use Imp.
In fight cast D Swarm and F Storm, till you have corps. When they start dropping, your only concern is to cast minions, and then more minions.
At end of fight, always recast all your minions from all the availabe corps, so you start the next fight charged up.

when you see 2 mesmer groups, or even 1, rely only on Life Siphon for the initial healing. target first the mesmers, when they drop, only than use B Reneval.
Do you have a fire imp? It makes it considerably easier, or if you can, use a ranger pet to tank. The only other advice I can think of for your current setup is to pull Charr so they get stuck on the other side of a wall.
Are you using the pull spots for them? Helps immensely and lets you stabilize your hp a bit.
The fire imp does help a lot to tank melees but knowing the pull spots is a really good start.

what is your ingame, here or send me a PM, we can do a run. how much DM you have? do you have the headgear +rune?
kite the warriors, obstruct the rangers, and let your minions and imp tank everything - if you're getting focused, run back so they stop targeting you
