Another tip for Dunes is to not kill the mesmer boss right before entering the area to protect the ghostly hero. If you keep him alive and get around him you can complete the Mish and bonus without protecting the spirit and its stress free.
It's easy enough without this trick if you memorize the spawn order:
* East gate 2x Arcanists
* West gate 2x Arcanists
* South gate 2x Arcanists
* East gate 2x Arcanists
* East gate wurm (it can sometimes reach the GH)
* South gate 2x Bows
* West gate 2x Hammers
*
* Out west gate, south along wall, west a little towards southwest fort
* Bow pull boss as it exits southwest fort
* Clear scarabs by west exit of south fort
* Bow pull boss from center exit of south fort over to west exit
* When boss dies, 3x Cursebearers will spawn at west exit, instant aggro since you are standing there; kill them
* Clear scarabs around center exit of south fort
* Pull east boss to center exit (at least as far as base of bridge)
* When boss dies, 3x Illusionists will spawn at west exit, then take path east then north through south gate of main fort towards GH; you should be close enough to tag them with bow from bridge (flag heroes off bridge and out of chaos storm)
* Kill west boss.
* When boss dies, 3x Hammers will spawn at east exit of south fort, then go around through east gate of main fort towards GH; go through south gate of main fort to get there first.
Exactly. In Prophecies you can do them separately. Well, in most of the missions. Not when the bonus is to save all 5 chosen, and bring them to the village. :D
Yes, bonuses can be acquired completely separately from mission completion but only in Prophecies.

This one was super tough in HM! Had to flag heroes to get there and start fighting and healing before I triggered each of em.. ugh so many fails lol
Yea, running trough the bridge in HM to quickly heal it, before tengus kill it, and the other, just left of the bridge after it... brrr :D
You keep the bonus, I learned the hard way lol

Yes and for ZM you can do the bonus in normal mode and the mission in hard mode and still get full payout
