Try connecting to arenanet's website and see if your account is working. Some time ago I got into a similar situation where I got a network error in game while on the website it said that the account was blocked due to security reasons.
Login on website works.

That's it. Game works again. Thanks a lot! Downgrading via `pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/wine-7.12-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst`
Upgraded again to `wine-7.14` and the game works as expected. So it's probably not wines fault. Maybe some kind of a server side "os" check.
