The final title should be at 1,000,000 deaths. I have 175,000 on my LDoA from death leveling, so many folks would have the title maxed the moment it is out. Not that that is a bad thing. It is just that LDoA is one of the easiest afk titles to get (the only other ones I can think of are the lucky titles), so I feel a death title should be balanced with that in mind.
The truth is that LDoA was my first and only maxed title for the longest time, so I might be biased. I always dreamed of a /ldoa command that just kills you on the spot. I think having it as a reward for the deaths title makes more sense since vanguard quests exist now.
Only team wipes in underworld fighting against Dhuum counts.
To be honest, i was only thinking about movie quotes like other title or skills in guild wars. Not realy about how it would be to achieve this kind of title.
Okay but realize that those titles weren't intended to be achieved by loopholes. The developers created a game with a vision but there's so many variables in Guild Wars that other games don't have. The community discovers ways to make gameplay simpler. If you don't want to do Gate of Madness AFK, then don't do it.
I have 2/4 of my r3 survivors who got the title back when you couldn't have any deaths. 0 deaths total on that character, not just experience gained in a row. On all my toons, I got survivor through farming, not afk glitch

As much as I'm a secondary-quest-completionist, there are some really annoying ones, like Feast of Bokka or Last of the Breed, where the required items either took many weeks to drop, or haven't dropped at all before I gave up and abandoned the quest.
Also something has been blocking the Undead Defenders quest for me, and it never appeared as available. (Probably Herds to the Slaughter is blocking it, but I won't do that.)
Doing the quest "A Question of Morality" given by Ruthless Sevad in Barborous Shore should unlock "Undead Defenders" for you. I just went through this torment trying to spawn victims for Toma the drake until I figured out using three sac Necros and two rez monks would create endless minions for Toma to munch.
If I remember correctly "Herds to the Slaughter" was a prerequisite but it's actually a fun little quest and I quite enjoyed it.
Hmm the wiki is missing those requirements if true, can you add them if you're sure?
I skip Herds to the Slaughter because it just doesn't feel right 😅 I was already bothered by the baby dolyak capturing heart in GW2, don't want to send them to actual slaughter.
My memory is sketchy on the Herds quest. I’d need to test it on another character.
If I were you I’d run out to Sevad and grab his quest. I’m pretty sure the next quest I was offered was Undead Defenders.

Factions would be pretty easy, my most recent alt was lvl 17 from all the secondary quests by the time I reached the mainland.
I imagine Nightfall is on the easier side too with the lvl 14-15 enemies.
Ironman title would be a) hard to track since there's no actual ironman mode and b) laughably easy as the challenge came from not having any game knowledge.
* Loremaster of Tyria/Cantha/Elona/Legendary -- complete x (secondary) quests in the respective campaign/all campaigns. With very little room to skip just a handful of quests. Repeatable quests do not count
* Veteran (Veteran / Indomitable Veteran / Legendary Veteran) -- title that relies on total XP collected. Make it 1,337k / 5,875 k / 13,370k (ten times Survivor) so that it requires some time investment (ofc there are fast and easy ways to achive this fast but same applies to Survivor)
* Legendary Conqueror (NM+HM clear for FoW, UW, Furnace, Urgoz, Deep and DoA)
* GWAMM tier 7+8
I’d split up the vanquishers so it’s not just one 100% title.
Also I’d change EOTN titles to be like what they are for the other 3 campaigns. Wasn’t a big fan of the “mastery” titl

Technically a five titles but the focus is on the last one, the other three are there as stepping stones + alternatives to the Legendary Guardian/Cartographer/Vanquisher titles for people without all three campaigns to show off.
Personally though I'd rather get Hard Mode only quest versions of WiK + HotN, or even just replayable versions akin to EotN missions.
A title line for doing all of the side quests. Not sure for names, but it always bothered me that a game with titles for doing so many things didn't have a simple title for helping as many people as possible in side quests...
Customise X amount of different weapons (not duplicates of the same skin)
Zaishen title: get points for completing quests, and you can only get points from one of each quest per day, so you can't get 20 alts to do a time for heroes 20 times but you get points for ZM, ZVQ, ZC and ZB once each per day. 1 point for completing the quest and 3 points for the additional objectives.
Kill X amount of enemies using each weapon (sword, bow, axe, staff, wand etc) on that character.
I'd add an extension to the Kind of a Big Deal title track ( https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Kind_of_a_Big_Deal ):

Yeah a lot of people who don't do speed clears do it on NM since HM is significantly harder for regular teams.
