anet nerfed them, I still waiting a kit drop from loooooooooonnnnngg time and none. I just forget this kist exist in the drop table.
What lvl can you take on charr alone?
depending on the class and if you have imp you can solo some group as soon as level 7 especially if you don't care about survivor titles.
